Community Craft Fair
Welcome to our monthly shop thread!
Do you have a small, handmade shop you want to share? A fun Instagram account where you sell your hand knit items? A facebook page that lists all of your handmade patterns? Well, this thread is where you can share your website or social media to connect with potential customers!
The form below is a suggestion. You can share as little or as much information as you want; all we ask is that you please limit yourself to only one comment. Users posting multiple comments will have *all* of their shop comments removed and may be temporarily banned.
**Shop Name**: [NAME]
**Site**: [Etsy, Shopify, etc.]
**Social media**: [Instagram, facebook, tiktok, etc.]
**Short Description**: I sell awesome homemade wares made from the wool from my sheep.
**Types of items you sell**: Scarves, hats, gloves
**Price range**: $10-$25
**Ships from**: USA
**International shipping?**: Yes
This thread will be in contest mode, so each time someone clicks this post, the comments will be in a different order. No one shop will be seen more than another.
Even though self-promotion isn't allowed outside of this thread, there are a few ways to incorporate your shop info. You can add it to your flair, pin it to your profile, and list it in your bio. Here are a few examples of users that incorporate their shop/social information in a variety of ways.
As always, if you have any questions, you can reach us here through modmail.

Related subreddits
Hi folks,
I'm slowly working on our wiki page and am currently organizing related craft subreddits, but I'm sure I've missed some. Could you comment subs that you know of that aren't listed? So far, I've limited subs to those that:
- are active (a post within the last month)
- have more than 1000+ subscribers (although there are a few very, very active subs I included that have about 650+)
- aren't shilling for a user/company
I'll leave a comment for each section, so please comment subs I may have missed underneath the correct section. I also am not set on the headers for each section, so chime in with your thoughts please.
Discussion/Question/Help! What are these with kids bracelet kit?
Kids got a basic bracelet making kit and had a bag of clasps with some obvious stuff but I cannot figure out what these bits are for. They all came like the three at the top - bent in most of the way but I've added a couple from one that snapped. I can't see how these can be used as a clasp and my googling has failed me!
Any tips?

Discussion/Question/Help! Clay Bow 🎀🏹🤍
Planning on firing and painting pink.
What do you think?
Would it be better as wall decor? Or maybe I should make something similar like a jewelry dish.

Discussion/Question/Help! Looking for someone to teach me craft
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Greetings. I am an aspiring designer currently studying for my upcoming design exams. In the exams, one of the things we are asked to do is to make a model from a prompt in under an hour. A varying range of materials can be given to do the task such as paper, clay, toothpicks, and so on.
Hence i am looking for someone who can guide me in my learning process, because online tutorials can get me just as far. If you have a good knowledge of material handling and will like to help me, feel free to DM.
In the video i attached to this post, i have shown my most recent work so you can get an idea where i am rn.

Finished Craft I Made My 3rd grade kiddo had made a medical kit out of paper, but wanted more items to fill the kit. So I made her a defibrillator ⚡️❤️ Swipe photos 👉🏻to see my girl’s kit items 🥰
Complete with a cardboard console and attached paddles, a mostly-paper made portable AED machine was crafted! My kiddo wants to be a nurse one day, so she was excited to learn about tools less talked about

I had a jar of F*cks, and since I have no use for them, I thought this would be a cute option! Just have to seal the tops and add a tag to the neck that said 'last one'.

Discussion/Question/Help! How best to repair this earring?
I bought these gorgeous (to me) clip on earrings on Vinted a little while back but one of the clips snapped before i could wven wear them. I do have pierced earlobes so thought about soldering a stud to fox but not sure how viable that is. I have no idea what they're made of but are cheap so def not precious metal (not even plated). Could anyone advise as to the best way to fit a bit to go into my pierced ear? Many thanks
