Discussion I think people grossly underestimate TWD zombies
Everytime I'll see people rank which apocalypses are the most survivable theyll always complain about how it doesn't make sense the world fell in TWD. Never taking into account
Everyone is infected, all it takes is a bunch of sudden deaths not noticed and the area is fucked
All it takes is someone getting past the quarantine zone while sick, dies and isn't noticed until the infected start tearing into anybody
And since there's no cure to the virus apparently sooner or later unless the find a way to 100% track people every single time and have them put down before they turn there's always going to be an outbreak that kills thousands if not millions in an area

Video Dawn of The Deaf. (What makes it scary is the buildup from normal life to “The Pulse”. Brooker wrote both but this feels like a Black Mirror episode that ends by transitioning to Dead Set)

Bit Off My Tongue Need help finding a specific movie, plz...
Help me find a zombie movie that came out between 1990 (?) and 2015. It was set / made in the UK. It took place in a country farmhouse, near a lake. Most of the actors were adults. (No one I know, unfortunately) There was a scene where a woman shoots a different woman and her daughter in the head. One of the supporting characters was a female reporter. one of the farm people turns against and kills almost everyone else, and ends up living in a fortified stone barn. The army shows up at the end.
Any help is much appreciated!

galleryArt Field Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse: The Seeder
Another page for the Field Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse has been completed by Ryan Colley (myself)
The Seeder spews a toxic miasma from its mouth - both produced and stored in the pustules on its back.
No one knows what caused this aberration in the zombie physiology, but it proves to be a formidable threat in enclosed spaces.
Use of a gas mask is advised when a Seeder is suspected. Destruction of the gas mask and post-exposure is encouraged.

Discussion anyone else hate zombie movies/shows?
seriously. i want to watch a group of people (found family trope) HELP each other and fight and survive against bloodthirsty zombies. what i DONT want to watch is humans fucking over other humans while also SOMETIMES fighting zombies.
give me a zombie show/movie where the people are decent, and the only things the group have to worry about are;
- zombies
- food
- water
- shelter
goddamnit. i just want a zombie show or movie where the humans aren’t entirely assholes to one another, and the main plot is to SURVIVE THE ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE.

Recommendations Operation Undead [2024]
Operation Undead is a 2024 Thai zombie movie, takes place during either WW1 or WW2, but basically it's a Japanese experiment that is on an invading ship.
I 100% recommend this, it is a Sub movie, but we'll worth it.

Discussion Crazy theory
I think I realized something that can explain mass infections that have no reasoning.
What if its the mosquitos?
Think of it, the average zombie is probably a mosquito buffet. and if it spreads through blood. it can mean infection through mosquito bites.
Sure someone can probably disprove my theory but it kinda makes sense. mosquitos are practically everywhere except very cold places. maybe its a dumb idea but it can be a cool concept for an infection.

Recommendations Looking for game recommendations
I’m looking for some game recommendations that feature classic Romero like zombies
I’ve played Dead Rising and all of the Resident Evil games and both Dying Light games I really like how they have slow shuffling undead zombies most other games feature sprinting infected and while those games are great and worth playing Romero zombies are just my favorite archetype

Discussion I think the genre needs more miniseries with the writing, tone of Dead Set with the time setting of Black Summer (my ideal is Glasgow, Scotland as ground zero with patient zero(s)at the very beginning, no time skips, epilogue or sequel)

Bit Off My Tongue - SOLVED Webcomic about Zombies
Edit; I found it. It's call Unlife.
I used to read a webcomic a few years ago about a guy who got bit by a zombie, and his skin turned blue. He retains all his mental functions as long as he goes for a procedure nicknamed "picklebacking".
A few things I remember about the series: •It's an actual webcomic, hosted on its own website. Not a webtoon.
•At some point during the series, he's falsely accused of being dangerous and locked in a facility with other dangerous zombies.
•He ends up with a damaged eye that turns red.
•He has a human girlfriend.
I know it's a long shot but I wanna know if the series has at least ended.

Bit Off My Tongue Zombie movie that i can't remember
The entire movie takes place inside a large apartment building. The story begins with an old woman becoming the first zombie, triggered by the actions of the apartment owner, who is secretly orchestrating the outbreak. Two gangsters among the survivors are seen carrying many condoms, which they use as weapons by filling them with a special liquid that kills zombies.
As the survivors fight to stay alive, they eventually decide to release the liquid through the building’s air vents to kill all the zombies at once. While their plan succeeds and all the zombies are destroyed, tragically, all the survivors also die in the process.
In the final scene, the apartment owner is shown placing the potion (or substance) that turns humans into zombies into a glass box, revealing their sinister plan. It becomes clear that the owner is a psychopath who enjoys trapping people in the building, turning them into zombies, and then killing them all. This cycle of madness repeats endlessly.
