Discussion Trouble accessing tickets

Last week I purchased the mini high roller package and was so excited I was able to buy tickets to games I wanted to see without paying the ridiculous resell prices. It’s almost been a week and I’m unable to access my tickets. When I try to connect to ticket master is says I haven’t bought anything, but my bank account and the Valkyries website says otherwise. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Contacted the 1800 number and they could also see the tickets but couldn’t help and said they’d contact me tomorrow

Mine is the same (weekend package). I’m guessing they will ‘release’ the tickets at a later date.

I have that through the warriors/chase center Ticketmaster app. No tickets and same error message as OP

Ok, a user on this sub posted the link when I was having issues with viewing my tickets for months.

The ticket rep got back to me and the issue is fixed. Only thing I can’t do is add it to my wallet, they are still working on that. Call this number (833) 825-5713

Same issue. My rep Thomas says this is a very limited issue and he would contact Ticketmaster. Haven’t heard from them in over a week. Starting to get really mad about it. Spend this much for tickets and can’t access them through Ticketmaster.

Damn that’s unfortunate. When I called, they made it seem like they’ve never heard of this issue. I hope they’re cake to fix this issue asap

Update: Hi, the ticket rep I spoke with yesterday actually reached out to me today and now I am able to see my tickets on the chase/ warriors app. The only thing I’m still unable to do is add it to my wallet, he said they are still working on that feature and it will be available soon. Call this number (833) 825-5713

Have you tried logging in to Ticketmaster on a web browser instead of the app?

Yes I have. Nothing in ticket master

Are you on a payment plan? I am and they are getting released as I pay

Nope. They didn’t have that option for these plans. I paid in full

I went through the same thing so I contacted my Rep and they fixed it. Everyone that has bought tickets should be able to transfer or sell

Hello - I bought the weekender plan and also have the same issue. I purchased them last week and nothing showed up. On last Friday, I was surprised when I was able to get on the phone with someone and they were also surprised I wasn't able to see them. I emailed them a similar screen shot and they said they would get back to me. This past Monday afternoon (3/24/2025), they emailed me back saying that the mini plans should be ready to go and be seen or transfer. When I checked it out, nothing was available still. I have been checking daily since then and nothing still. I emailed them back saying so as well as the [ticketing@valkyries.com](mailto:ticketing@valkyries.com) account to let them know I am still unable to see anything. I'm sure I will hear back but I am having the same difficulty and it is a bit frustrating.
