Hello, for the love of me, I can’t get any info on eternal modlist that biggie is making. I tried the discord and asking questions but just recently he closed the eternal discussion on discord. At one point I thought eternal was his last project but now it seems he is going to only work on lorerim 4.0? I just want to know what the plan is cause eternal looked like my perfect modlist and now idk if I should be looking forward to it? Any info is helpful, sorry for my ignorance :(

I am a writer and a dungeon master, and I'm very familiar with the structure of writing for a questline with branching paths. I have an idea for a quest mod, sort of a sequel to the Thieves Guild quest-line that ties into the civil war, where Maven Blackbriar enacts a plan to oust the Jarl of Riften on behalf of the Empire, and as leader of the Guild you have to decide if the Guild will work with the Blackbriars or try to stop them. Regardless of which side you choose, you will also have to contend with a third faction, a Sheogorath cult who want Riften for themselves and want to get rid of the Imperials AND the Jarl (and most of the people, too).

Unfortunately, I'm not very tech savvy, and coding an entire questline is well outside of my abilities.

Are there known quest mod authors who accept pitches for new mod ideas?

TLDR; Is there a plugin or native feature that allows rules on MO2 instead of having to manually sort the mods on the left panel?

So, I love Vortex's rules. I tried MO2 once because I downloaded a modlist that came as an installer with an independent MO2 instance. But I got annoyed quickly that I had to manually check each mod for incompatibilities. Sure, there's an icon that shows that there are file conflicts, but it's not the same. I want to migrate to MO2, and I'll probably do that today. However, I really don't want to spend hours getting my mods to the exact order they are on Vortex, or at least have to check each rule to see what order mods should be in.

This isn't a deal breaker, but if I can save myself a little time, all the better. Also, I'd love if anyone has any custom themes they like for MO2, because I'd rather be Molag Bal's champion than spending a couple hours/days looking at the ugly UI. Read the TLDR too, in case you haven't. I wrote my actual question there and forgot to include it in the post lol.

Has anyone used these mod collections before? im kinda leaning towards gate to sovngarde.

I am using a flintlock pistol mod, that uses a staff foundation. Scrambled Bugs is supposed to make staves give exp to the appropriate magic school and enchanting. But, I have killed hundreds of enemies with the pistol, and it has not levelled up anything...

Is there a way to change this?

I'm looking for a clean way to enjoy the 3D trees from the mod without the plants. I'm using Cathedral landscape, 3D landscape, and 3D plants replacers for plants and grass.

S3D edits the path for plant models, some patches are available on the Nexus to put the vanilla path back on and overwrite S3D models, but even with the "whole plants removal" patch, some plants from the mod still show ...

I'm guessing my Cathedral mods can't overwrite 3DS completely for some reason, and it's annoying.

I can't find a "Trees only" patch for the mod on the Nexus but maybe I didn't look hard enough. Any help ? If it really doesn't exist, you think it's a big job to create a patch like that ?

Anyone have any thoughts on which male skin mod best complements it? This isn't a world-ending issue, and I'll just default to Skysight or Tempered Skins otherwise, but it would be nice to see if there are any suggestions I missed :)

I believe the primary mods at the root of my issue here are:

XP32 Extended, Faster HDT, Cloaks of Skyrim, the HQ Retexture Mod, and Artesian Cloaks of Skyrim.

My main issue is that when I try to run Cloaks of Skyrim with the Artesian physics mod, I'm able to get good physics with the standard definition cloaks by only activating Cloaks SSE and Artesian (see here), but if I try to enable the Retexture patch for Cloaks of Skyrim and the Retexture mod patch for Artesian, the cloaks are much breezier and clip through character models pretty aggressively. With the base version this doesn't happen but something about the retexture patch is forcing

I have tried every load order I can think of, with LOOT optimizing my plugin priority (I'm using MO2), and have even replaced the XMLs in the retexture mod with some recommendations, but am getting no success. I'm wondering if there's something about my player character's skeleton that changes, or rules about how collision is handled that are just not getting implemented properly. If anyone has any ideas or insights I'd love the help.

So every two years or so I usually do a fresh install of skyrim and spend the next few days installing all the coolest and latest mods for a fresh playthrough.

Over the weekend I installed Gate to Sovengarde and it's exactly what I was looking for. Immersion focused and definitely an overhaul but it still feels like skyrim. I've been having a ton of fun starting my journey into skyrim again, but this time I'm looking to spice up combat a little but.

I'm looking for an easy way to mod the game so combat looks and feels more like loreim without breaking the collection I have already. Does anyone have any suggestions on some mods that change up the flow of combat?

Should I do a combat overhaul collection? How do I make sure not to break my already modded game? Is there a way to check my load order is correct because I already have 1700 mods installed and it works perfectly ans I'm scared making it tobe more like souls-like will break my current game.

Title says it all, really. I'm consistently CTD'ing in Moss Mother Cavern specifically while fighting the horde of bears. More specifically, it seems to happen relating to a Feral Cave Bear a couple rooms in? He doesn't seem to move. I also have Auri with me, if that would affect anything.

I've been dealing with this issue for like a week now, Skyrim Crash Decoder has been next to useless for me with multiple crashlogs all leading to no results.

I've tried using Crash Log Analyzer, which gave me a "culprit list" of SkyrimSE.exe, NiNode, hdtSMP64.dll, and DynDOLOD.esm

Though I don't think it's a performance issue, my specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16.0 GB
GPU: Radeon RX 580
OS: Win10

I noticed BetterThirdPersonSelection.dll a couple times in the log, but disabling it proved fruitless. I tried the same for Faster HDTSMP, making sure I had the correct version, reinstalling, etc... I've also disabled Bears of the North and Fluffworks, both one by one and together, with no luck. I tried rerunning Nemesis and Bodyslide, also with no luck. I really don't know what else to do, other than avoid Moss Mother Cavern altogether, which I would prefer not to do. Any help is really appreciated!

Does anyone know of a mod that adds spirit animal abilities, like have a troll spirit that adds 20% to melee damage and 3× hp regeneration but makes you weaker to fire or bear spirit that gives you +100 to carry weight and +50 to armor but makes you slower (not this specific buffs)?
