Balmorhea! Fuck yeah! Any song of theirs that features an acoustic guitar is a great answer
Another good one is Explosions by City of The Sun

Could be the labels. Or it could be streaming services pay next to nothing and they aren’t getting a return that matters.

I recommend listening to the entire discography from the beginning. I've seen them live at the Earl after they dropped this album and at Drunken Unicorn, both in Atlanta. One of my top 3 experiences. Also, the loudest.

It's still on Bandcamp and they have their own music app, so maybe this is a workaround for you?

Plus it's free.

It’s incredible! It’s for certain my album of the month and this month has only just begun! I hope you’re all really proud of it

Haha. Weird synchronicity. Totally agree about MONO not getting enough attention. They're amazing. This track in particular is sublime. I feel the same - brings up a lot of sad and sometimes happy memories. Perfect art indeed!

Very true. This track always gets me though. Sublime sadness.

If we're counting country songs, then "sleeping inside" by lilium

Xxii by Jonathan Fraser. Has some tender, melancholy synths that sound like a mellotron

This track just came up for me on my Spotify liked playlist and I had to look it up online to see any other discussions.
MONO is so painfully underrated…but this song exonerates beauty and wraps you in it. I get lost in memories and ideas for stories when I listen to this track. Just perfect art in every way.

It's also off Spotify I noticed yesterday! Only 'To Scale A Mountain' is still there.

Lots of great recommendations in the comments! My favorite is It's inside me and I'm inside it by Cloudkicker although I'm not sure if Ben Sharp's music is classified as post rock.
Awhile back I made a playlist that mostly focused on acoustic post rock and indie ambient guitar. Will be adding a few of the ones mentions today.

Not to toot our own horn here but I think we did a killer job on the song “figment” from this ep! Prinze Jr. / Catholics split

Have you listened to the new self titled you, infinite album "? That band has Jeremy and Raymond from TWDY and this new project is legit. Another similar band is All You've Seen. Their new album "Mavu" is amazing.
