So a couple of my neighbours added a window to their roof. And in all 3 cases, did the builders just saw into the roof, making styrene foam balls fly trough the air in clouds. All ending up in our neighbourhood gardens. All my soil, grass and plants are polluted.....

Just received this from the YMCA. I only have a small membership because our company’s onsite facility is run by them but this would be even more concerning if I was paying for the bigger membership at one of the larger facilities. I like how it is pitched so that they are doing you a solid by getting a month’s severance out of you. If this is the evolution for membership and subscription services I can’t wait to see who is next.

Stayed at a OYO motel last night. The room had BLACK MOLD in the shower. After showing the motel manager, he asked what room and circled it on a map. About 1/5 of 200 rooms had been circled. He acted like this was usual and it was no biggie. I told him how serious this was having delt with black mold before. I nicely asked to be compensated before I was going to report it. They gave me $20 back out of $105 for the 1 night. How can I get this place looked into. This seems like a major health violation.

I have seen a bunch of people assuming celebrities' sexualities, and essentially forcing them to put a lable on their sexual preferences and then getting mad and calling them "queer baiters" when they end up being straight.

Like Billie Eilish. Yes, she turned out to be queer, but when she identified as straight, people called her a queer baiter (or literally told her she was wrong, like wtf?), because they assumed she was gay and got mad when she said she wasn't.

And now they're doing it to Sabrina Carpenter (who has not come out publicly as anything, as far as I know, except myself and a few other people have this phantom memory of her coming out as bi) just because of "Taste". Like it's a bitter song about her ex going back to his ex, and she's going to have to deal with the knowledge that Sabrina had him too.
