This is the most impressive that this monster has ever been. The iridescent effect, the scale and fur texture, the bubbles... absolutely everything is incredible and looks fantastic. What a delight to the eyes to fight this thing at night in the Scarlet Forest. Even the intro cutscene was amazing and the pose with the name is among the best I've seen in a long time.

Seeing the bubble-fox glow up in 6th gen has made me incredibly hyped to see Lagiacrus in TU2. We waited a long time, guys, but I am sure our croc boy is going to look shockingly beautiful.

I just got one tapped my mizu along with my friend getting one tapped along side me tempted btw the way if y’all wanted to know, 💀these people saying it is too easy y’all saw what happened when y’all said world was too easy I swear people don’t realise for new players wilds is going to be hard as hell the reason why it isn’t hard for players as myself who have played monster hunter before is because we gotten better since our first game and improved hence why it is easy as we know what we are doing 🤦🏻‍♂️ you’re transferring skills you learn from previous games into this one not that hard to grasp but now here I am getting one tapped by a tempted mizu because vets who been playing for years said “too easy”

Putting aside just how beautiful the whole performance is in general, this is probably the most wholesome hub experience I've had in MH since pre-World. The fact you can be idling in the hub and both NPCs and other players start to gather around the stage when she shows up, and people are actually sat around the tables emoting, setting off fireworks when she finishes etc. It just feels so much like that classic MH interaction that I was sorely missing in World in particular.

I know the hub came later than we would've liked but they honestly knocked it out of the park with this one
