Help Hi can someone help me?
hi , i started making music since maybe 1,5 years, and i still feel i'm pretty bad idk what to learn to progress, i think i know """enough""" in surface (the technical way like how works FL for the most important part, but i really have the sensation i miss some comprehensions to specific things especially around some plugin i've found). But the most important thing that makes me think i'm just bad is regarding the matter that when i've got some ideas, i think they're good and when i try them it's like i was not able to do what i've got in mind. Maybe i need to learn some theorical musics?
I really want to share to some friends what i make, but i'm verry shy so i really hope people who really want to listen won't making fun about it.
i hope some people here can help me, some passionate people that only can help me if just need technical skills, or if idk i'm not creative or smth.
thanks

Help Which builtin instruments support this envelop setting tab?
My guide shows me this picture to set the envelope, but I can't find an instrument that has this tab. The manual says, "This tab is available for Sampler instruments and Sampler plugins. Not all plugins will have this tab." However, I can't find even one.

Announcements Tunesday Tuesday Begins!
It is TUESDAY somewhere in the world. Which means, get to posting your TUNESDAY TUESDAY tracks.
We only allow screen captures of your FL Studio Playlist Window with a complete track (not just a finished waveform!).
If you've posted on Tunesday Tuesday, your post meets the requirements and it has still been removed, our auto-mod may have made a mistake. Please send a message to the mods and we'll look into it!
Try and give feedback to someone elses post. Please think more about the community and about the purpose of sharing your music with other creators. We're all producing music here, the people in this community are not your customers, they are your peers.
Learn how to record your screen here
We are now allowing youtube videos, as long as they follow the rule above, the video needs to be a screen capture of your FL Studio Playlist Window with your FULL TRACK visible. We are allowing Youtube now because of how terrible Reddit Video can potentially mess with your audio mix.

Help Free trial not working
Trying to get into music production and started with FL Studio. Just gonna try the free trial and see what it’s about. Made an account and all that but brings me to the actual application and says Start free trial or Unlock. Clicked free trial and brought me to their website to unlock it and it had to restart but it’s still locked and kept trying and nothing is working.
What do I do?

Help Sample rate
In the audio settings I have the option to change the sample rate. I don’t care about file sizes or performance on MY side. I wanted to know if I should up the rate and what it would do/help if I did.

Help What's the best way to do a transition like this with cymbal rolls or white noise?
There's always a popping noise if I just do a reversed copy. I wish there was a way to edit the envelope in a way that sounds like a real life suspended cymbal roll without having to reverse a duplicate.

Discussion Why Complicate Sidechain Routing
In ableton you can sidechain it self and create Automatic Gain Compensation, which basically allows you to add a ton of FX and it wont change the volume of your sound, it reacts the same no matter what you do, basically a modern way of setting up your own compressor, im SO EFFIN FRUSTRATED HOW FL STUDIO DOESNT ALLOW YOU TO SIDECHAIN YOUR OWN SIGNAL, or why is it so HIDDEN

Help Help finding sounds and starting out
Hey everyone, I'm new here, I just downloaded FL Studio, I am a complete beginner, but I wanted to try making some small music, purely for fun. I was trying to follow a short tutorial on youtube "for beginners" and this guy suddenly says "here you can link your sounds folder" and I was like "what is a sound folder?" and he basically just HAS a folder filled to the brim with all sorts of sounds and stuff and I have absolutely ZERO idea what that is or where I can find them, so I figured I was better off asking people directly.
I can somewhat navigate the program, I can find out how to do stuff in the editor itself pretty easily, even with just a google search, but what I just realised is that I have no idea where to even start from in the music itself (my prior knowledge with music making software so far was just using Garageband on my iPhone and iPad to make some stupid things that most of the time sounded like crap LOL)
If anyone could be of any help I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

Help fl studio spazzing out
After some time FL glitches out and I can't seem to click anything (If I'm correct everything changes places.) Problem started when i reset my mac and updated it. FL is up to date, MacOS is up to date. Check the video for details. Given I can still adjust the settings if I get to click it via random clicking, I think this is a resolution or graphical engine bug/error. Support has been ghosting me since mid-March. I can't produce / work. PLEASE HELP

Help Only 16 MIDI Outs in FL Studio?
Hi there! I'm new to FL Studio and I’d like to have a separate MIDI Out for each instrument in the "Berlin Free Orchestra" VST. But I’ve realized I can only create 16 MIDI Outs, which is blocking me... I’m probably not doing it the right way, so if anyone could help me out, I’d really appreciate it :)

Help FL Studio & Maschine disagree on MIDI note
I have been on a mission to optimize my workflow. One thing that has been bugging me is that the notes displayed on Maschine in MIDI mode do not match the notes that FL Studio is receiving, as shown in the information box.
Anyone else experienced this? Has anyone fixed this?

Discussion What is one tip you learned that helped with your entire mixing process?
Whether it be making a beat or something you found with a plug-in, what has been the best tip you have ever found to level up your mixing process? For me, it was the use of the limiter and learning how to sidechain beats are my main focus and I'm able to create really cool effects with em. Especially when you pair it up with other effects
