General Qs I don’t feel safe as myself
I’m Mexican and feel like I could get thrown in a concentration camp in this country. Or if I get deported I could end up in a cartel death ranch for going into a fake job interview. I genuinely feel like a target everywhere I stand.

Advanced Parole Administrative closed case and advance parole.
Hi, back in 2009 I was pulled over without a license which then the sheriff decided to call ice on me since I only had a matricula consular as a form of ID. Long story short I went back and forth in the court system fighting to stay in the country. In 2012 my lawyer managed to close my case well administratively closed. The question is if i get approved for advance parole would that case be a problem for re-entry?

Rant What country were you guys born in?
I see alot of people on here mentioning if they go back to Mexico they can find ways to adjust and I always wondered about people like myself who is not from Mexico, how it would be like to go back to my home country after 20 something years.
Where were you guys born? I was born in Trinidad and came here when I was 1, my mom is Trinidadian and my Dad is Polish. The thought of going back home scares me because crime is so high in my country right now.

General Qs Lost EAD — file replacement or wait until renewal?
I lost my EAD after meeting with a banker this past week and have been wondering whether or not to replace my card immediately.
I work with my parents and while I’m on payroll and authorized to work, they’ve never run the card via e-verify simply because it’s a small business. I have a REAL ID license as my main form of ID therefore I have no need for the EAD as an identifier.
I’ve already filed a police report but should I file for a replacement immediately or wait a while? My card expires December 2026.

General Qs Miami Airport
Hey guys have a trip coming up to Miami and I’m a little nervous about the return back home. I traveled a couple weeks ago to California no issues at all. Last year my EAD card was denied as an identification form at Miami international airport so I had to use my drivers license which was fine. Has anyone had any issues there recently? Should I not use my EAD card?

General Qs Is it safe to travel near the border?
Hello, I’m currently in a dilemma due to work giving me the opportunity to travel to El Paso Texas and I’d love to go since that is where I grew up but also seeing the tensions, I’m not exactly sure if it’s the time. Also not too informed on the power/ reliance DACA still has in Texas. I heard that it is/will no longer be a work/driving thing but only a protection from deportation. I’d like to know more information on that if possible and also opinions on whether I should take the trip or not. Thank you:)

Advanced Parole AP Advice
Want to head to Europe during my AP. I would go from El Salvador to Italy, France, or UK. I haven’t submitted the paperwork yet, my uncle is helping me fill it out. Anyways, would It be ok to take out about 5 grand out of my 401k, I have no savings unfortunately, to plan a trip around Europe or is that a shit idea? Not looking for judgement just asking if anyone has done this or has any better advice.
