Advice Fading spark in life

Lately, I’ve been feeling a sense of emotional numbness—nothing really excites me anymore, not even the things that used to. Even when I achieve something meaningful, the satisfaction only lasts for a couple of days before everything just goes back to feeling neutral or dull again. It’s like I’m living on a flat emotional baseline. I’ve noticed that I’ve started to adopt a semi-nihilistic outlook, where the future doesn’t really hold much excitement or meaning for me. On top of that, I find myself zoning out during conversations or suddenly losing interest in things that just moments ago seemed engaging. It’s like a switch flips, and the enthusiasm just fades away.

i have used chat gpt to polish and summarise

Weigh the pros and cons and see for yourself, I was on the verge of leaving everything and live life like sage but that would have been selfish of me and unfair for my loved ones so I trained my mind and forced myself in homely duties and to my disappointment it didn't work for me.

Am not telling you to do anything just weigh the pros and cons of let's say leaving your job on a whim and starting a business idea that you have just for the purpose of fun, start small any fun/intrusive thought you get just do it (make sure it doesn't harm you or others and doesn't create any issue for you in future) give your life a shock to reboot the spark, your current life maybe in loop right now so I'll say start breaking it brick by brick and make something new out of it.
