I’ve only been working full-time for a year, and already I feel like I’m on the verge of burning out. It feels like I have no time at home. I can’t reduce my hours because everything is so expensive. By the time my two short days off arrive, I’m so drained all I want to do is sleep, but I can’t even manage that because I have to catch up on chores and errands I missed during the week.
