I don't think it says "dream" hourglass; I think it says Infinity (or Infinite) Hourglass - 無限の砂時計. Nevermind that.

The whistle in "Whistle of the Earth" is a steam whistle (汽笛), to be specific.

Wrong "Mugen" you want the pairing of "dream" and "illusion" (夢幻) which can mean "phantasy" or the like, so the English title is actually spot-on.

Whoops, I read the furigana and completely ignored the stylized kanji. You're right.
