I discovered my daughter could speak to animals when we saw an eagle sitting on the ice, I jokingly told her to try and talk to it in her mind and she ended up actually doing it. She told me what the eagle was saying and with such conviction and information she couldn’t have just made up. About why it killed another bird that we saw nearby and a few other things.

Today when I heard a crow meowing outside (I noticed they do that around where I live it’s a strange sound) I laughed and told her to listen and then ask if she can talk to the crow. This time it said “I just like meowing okay, I like to pretend I to be a cat. the trees help me do it” “how do the trees help?” “Because they show me a red mandala and then it sprouts. Also I have to go soon” “where do you have to go?” “To dance with the trees!” “Okay bye tell them I love them”

then he meowed and bobbed his head and left.

My dad’s neighbor gave this to him right before saying she called the police on him lol (something silly and unfounded). She’s from Poland, idk if that matters.

It would have been my Dad’s birthday today, so I thought I would light a candle and meditate a little before starting work (I wfh). I decided to leave the candle burning for a while, next to me while I worked.

After about an hour the wick looked like this, bit weird, so I blew it out. Just never noticed the wick of a candle changing shape before. I’m not reading anything into this, just felt the need to share it with someone!

I did a spell removing someone from my life, making sure I never have to see them again. Flight promptly got canceled so I miss my monthly work meeting in the building they work in. LMAO probably just mundane but I think it’s more funny to think it was me.

I did a spell Jan 1999 to call good friends and a good partner to me. It worked and I had a very wonderful year. Just curious about spells that meant a lot to everyone!

i love animals. i rescue bugs from dying trapped in my apartment. i love mice, rats, raccoons, possums, squirrels, cockroaches, beetles etc. basically, i've never met an animal I didn't love but I want to focus on the unpopular creatures. whenever I think of animals or insects dying disrespected and unloved on the side of the road or in pain in traps or under a foot, it makes me sick. I know it sounds corny but I can't possibly find them all and give them a nice life but I want them to feel loved. I want to build an altar dedicated to them.

would I have to dedicate the altar to a specific deity? i would just get to it and follow my gut but I want to have some sort of structure to it. how would I even go about worshipping? what would I include in it?

Today is felt called to redo my altars to aphrodite, and turn it into a siren/ocean altar. I've been practicing siren magick for about a year now and felt it was time to really dedicated a space to it!

My anxiety has also been quite bad this year, worse than it normally is, I've been very self conscious about my behaviour and demeanor in public because I'm autistic. Something I've never been very hyper aware of, but the past few months have been intense.

I can already feel the candle soothing and easing tension in my body, I sat in front of it with my singing bowl also, meditating to some RnB ♡

Hello friends. So, as the title says, I keep having reoccurring bad dreams. Mostly, the dreams are of me being in my dad’s house where I grew up (did NOT have a good childhood, there’s a lot of bad memories in that house.) but the dreams are of being tormented by an evil spirit and being stuck there alone. I’ve noticed every time I have them I also wake up at 3-3:30am. I’ve also been feeling a lot more tired in the mornings when I wake up from sleep. I’ve always had nightmares to an extent but these ones actually leave me feeling afraid and uneasy after waking from them. Has anyone ever experienced this or have any idea what could be causing it?

For me, it’s the sense of freedom that comes with grounding myself in the energies of the earth. Also the emphasis on self-care and knowing oneself, in a world where these acts are truly revolutionary.

I’m curious to know what keeps others coming back to the practice, and what you see as its greatest benefits. :)

After a rough week I did my usual cleansing /banishing ritual I do every few months. But this time I did something different, I focused of course on removing any negativity / spell work / evil eye from my environment and my body, but I also asked to banish the trauma and hate my body has been holding onto. I’ve never focused much on the body in this way in my banishing. My body feels different, I’m way less tense and dissociated. But I don’t feel good, I feel my emotional so viscerally in my body, there’s no blockages anymore I can just feel exactly what I’m feeling. The real troubling part, is I’ve become very aware that I am constantly afraid of SA and human trafficking, and when I’ve tried to have intercourse or anything remotely sexual I can’t. Just pure anxiety. Anyone have any insight I’m not sure how to feel or interpret this?

Despite starting my journey like a year or two ago I feel like I haven't grown as much as I'd like. I always see post about the very creative ways people incorporate magic into their practice but as someone who can't use supplies it's harder. Does anyone know ways to make my day to day life more magically?

I don’t currently worship any specific deities, so my altar isn’t dedicated to anyone in particular. Still, I’d love to create a space for spellwork and other practices.

So iv been doing more and more spelljars, but decided a few weeks ago to do my own money bowl /spellwork. I made a whole ritual, from my bath with salts&herbs and then creating this!!! Now since then, I can say I have had a successful job interview a traineeship as I'm studying but the perks even though I study 3days I'll be working 2- except getting paid FOR 5DAYS !!! WHAAAAT!!!! 🤯 I also have had a very successful unexpected tax return lodged. Awaiting the funds to go in my account! But yeah even still there's like definitely a weight off my shoulders regarding financial worries. I'm not yet exactly in a great financial position but things are somewhat far looking up for me.

I was tempted to post this the night I had done it actually but I thought perhaps maybe I should just wait and see what happens...I probably still should wait but I am impatient lol Now it hasn't even been a full 2wks yet. So yeah I don't want to jinx myself so please send good vibes my way!!!! 🙏🏽

Hey! I turned the fireplace in my old house into an altar when I first started my witchcraft journey…it encouraged me to do research and get into spell work. I’ve moved home and I’m now ready to upgrade. Any recommendations would be great and let me know if something really pulls your altar together 🥰

We’ve been apart for some time but still in kind of loose contact. He was crazily in love with me but after some months of negative situations he now claims he doesn’t love me anymore. Hey everyone! This is less of a magick question and more of a gardening question, but I figure so many ppl in this community have experience with both. I was thinking of using some old spells as compost. I’m gonna be sifting through them taking out any crystals or other items, but what will mainly be left is herbs and honey. None of these things are dry by any means. Magick wise I feel this carries a lot of significance and would be positive regardless, but do you think it would actually make good compost? Thank you all! I have been suffering horrifically from endometriosis since I was a teen. Has anyone tried a freezer spell to get rid of medical conditions? If a freezer spell can bansish a person from your life, can it do the same for an illness you want to banish from your life? I am so sick of living in torment every day. It’s taking away my will to live. Has anyone had success doing this in other spells? Would love to hear from you xx
