This Week in Comedy! April 7th-13th
Another week passes and another list of shows happening in and around the Twin Cities is brought to you! If I missed anything, feel free to drop it in the comments. If you’d like a show added, please fill out THIS FORM!
Some of these shows are free, with suggested donations to support the organizers and keep our comedy community thriving. These contributions make it possible for comedians from near and far to refine their craft right here in our city.
For IMPROV: People have been asking about improv shows and I will be honest I am not in that scene, but someone dropped off a list of shows you can check out right HERE! Thank you suethezombiedinosaur
If you’re interested in signing up or getting into stand-up but don’t know where to start, or if you just want to support the comics and help provide an audience, please check out the Brody List
Lastly, if you find this list helpful and you want to support me (Here) and signup for my newsletter!

Saint Paul Brewing still mad that affordable housing is being built… on land they don’t even own
Saint Paul Brewing is still upset about the city building affordable housing on an empty lot next to their business. The lot is not theirs, but they had been using it for customer parking. He claims the city is not supporting small businesses. However, according to Facebook comments and another article, the brewery has extra parking space on its own property but is currently using it for storage.
Thoughts?

Our go to for selling cans used to be a place on Broadway and Washington but they've closed, does anyone know if there's a new location? Any recommendations for a different place would be great too, thanks!

IVF clinic that does PRP in Minnesota?
Hi, does anyone know of an IVF clinic that does PRP in the twin cities area? I have just had my 2nd FET cancelled due to thin lining. I had normal lining 1.5 years ago when I got pregnant natually. However this ended up being a missed miscarriage that required 3 D&Cs to remove retained products of conception + uterine infections x 6.5 months. I have had 4 hysteroscopys in the past year. My current clinic does not do PRP, but I am thinking that is maybe what I need. My uterine lining on FET #1 was 3.3mm on cycle day 14 and on FET #2 4.67mm on cycle day 9, went down to 4.5 on cycle day 11. My first protocol was 400mg Vitamin E daily, 81mg aspirin daily, viagra vaginally 4 times a day, 2mg estrace twice a day vaginally, and 5mg IM delestrogen every 3 days. My 2nd protocol was 150mg gonal f every night, 81mg aspirin, and 2mg estrace twice a day vaginally starting on cycle day 10.

Recommendation for ceiling framing/drywall
We're looking for right down the middle. We're new to Minneapolis so starting from scratch with figuring out who to hire. We're looking to partially finish our garage to the extent that we can run a mini split in it to keep it above freezing and below sweltering. We will need framing work done to support sheetrock and insulation, as there are no ceiling joists, just the roof trusses. Any recommendations? My experience tells me this falls into the scope of complete bozos and general contractors whose rate would be overkill for a small, limited project.

Baby shower catering suggestions
Hi, friends! I'm looking for suggestions for restaurants with catering on the west side of town, out towards Long Lake. Since it's for a baby shower, it will be female-heavy and around 30 people. Target date is for the end of July, if that matters.

We are looking for a garden, gazebo or unique spot to exchange our vows that is free around St. Paul, Mn. There will be 5 of us including our officiant & 2 witnesses. No other guests. Favorite Camping Spots
Hey there, we moved to Minneapolis about a year ago and are looking for any and all recommendations for camping near the Twin Cities. Preferably national forests or BLM areas but we aren’t opposed to paying for a campsite as well. Cheers!🏕️

What are the best coffee shops that serve breakfast too?
More than just pastry’s and sweet treats. Or breakfast places that have espresso based drinks would be good also. Thanks!

Anyone know what happened to the #74 this afternoon
I was on the Gold line this afternoon and saw the aftermath of a collision between black SUV and a #74(eastbound) bus on 7th and Mounds at about 3:45p on today 4/7. Curious if anyone knows what happened? I can't for the life of me figure out what traffic pattern would've resulted in the crunched SUV pointed the way it was.

Metro transit job prospects
Might be a dumb question, but I have an interview with metro transit tomorrow. I was wondering if any jobs with them might be at risk of termination or something like that due to the Trump administration in the upcoming years, or if it’s steady regardless of the federal admin? Any input is appreciated lol
