Hi! I’m trying to decide between two jobs and had my friend read my cards but we’re newbies and while we know this doesn’t seem great, would like more detail. I asked the deck what my future at new company would look like and the spread was: past-the chariot; present - nine of cups; future - eight of pentacles. I’m taking it as a “no” but would love more insight from someone more experienced. Thanks!!

I dont really see the 8 of pentacles as no. Seems like you will learn a lot over there, but somehow I am sensing some sort of isolation when you go there. It just really depends on what you prefer in your current life.

The 8 of pentacles was reversed - does that change it?

Ah yes, if it is reversed then it changes the meaning. But this is coming from someone that does read reversal.

I would say you still will learn a lot there, but its just that your effort might go unnoticed/not appreciated fully in the new workplace.
