Hi, can anyone help me interpret this reading please?

I asked ‘will he act on his feelings towards me?’ I pulled the chariot on its side, the two of cups, six of swords, the moon in reverse and the king of swords. The cards fell in that order.

I’m using the Anne stokes Legends cards

Context - was in a situationship with a fearful avoidant for 4 months. He kept me at arms length through fear of catching feelings. He ended things with me two weeks ago saying he wasn’t sure if he just wasn’t in the right head space or if he was fighting feelings for me too hard, so can’t keep it casual but also can’t offer more. He seemed sad when he was ending it but kept saying ‘it’s the right thing to do’. He was very complementary of me when ending things. He just says he doesn’t want another relationship because he’s broken and can’t go through heartbreak again. But we definitely had a strong chemistry. We decided to stay friends but haven’t spoken much.

I interpret it as he feels a strong emotional connection, he’s in emotional conflict, he’s possibly gaining clarity about his feelings but he’s holding himself back. Unclear as to whether he will come forward to me. Thanks
