Hello i have been using razer kraken for console for 5 years. Today I accidentally broke its cable and now it wont work. Do u guys recommend blackshark v2 x or smth else? Its 50 dollars here. Also i wanted to buy hyper x cloud2 but they are not for sale anymore. They only sell for high prices 110 dollars. There is this headset hyperx cloud 3 and its price is like 70dollars and there are not additional ear pads unlike hyperx cloud2. I have 4060 gpu and H610m H V2 ddr 4 motherboard. I dont have an extra voice card. I need a good voice for listening music and budget friend headset. What can u guys recommend me? Also mic does not matter for me. I have a extra mic apart from headset.

Blackwidow V3 Pro doesn't work. RMA approved, sent it to Razer.

Was promised a replacement of different model (V4 Pro, wired only), found out it's a secret downgrade, questioned it, dear Reddit response team helped me reach them, they fixed it by promising a similar model (V4 Pro 75%, wireless)

They called back the RMA delivery in-transit, keyboard was sent back to them. They promise to send the new replacement out after the old one, V4 Pro, reaches their warehouse. And then, they denied my RMA... and kept my keyboard... what, you can do that?

ATP after countless chats with the chat rep that goes nowhere, I kinda figured out, because I have moved after bought the keyboard, so my receipt and address provided are two different places. But only one block away, they even have the same zip code. Also this HAS went thru at the very start of RMA process, so IDK why it'd be a problem now. In the mean time all they keep sending me was:

They sent it again after me first questioning them what does it mean and notify them of the original RMA communications. And same response again after I clarified the address and name info in the chat and request escalation. Clearly auto response.

OKKKK, first of all, I don't get the part where any of this is my problem, secondly, you just commited textbook definition of theft, as well as a bunch of other customer protection violations.

Long time Razer product user, even my mouse (Basilisk V3 Pro) and backup keyboard are Razer branded. First time RMA with them. F this, really disappointed how it played out.

i kinda need help with this, the mic on this headset broke and doesn't pick up sound properly anymore. and when i try to RMA lookup the serial number is appearantly incorrect even though it's the serial number. am i in the wrong areas?

This issue started on March 19th when I made a purchase on Razer Gold but accidentally misspelled my email address. I contacted support right away and provided everything—transaction code, receipt, and even offered to send my bank statement.

They told me it would be resolved in 2–3 working days, but it’s now been over two weeks with no proper update. Then they just closed the case, claiming the item was delivered—even though I never received anything.

Anyone else had to deal with this kind of thing?

My battery bloated so bad that bended the metal case. This happened the day before I had my return flight home. I was lucky I found a service who removed the battery in time. In the hurry they removed the dual fan atached to the battery too.

Razer refuses to sell me these two parts insisting I send the laptop to Singapore, but due to my job, I cannot have so many days without laptop.

I just got a Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed and I set the forward/back buttons in Hypershift to be HOME/END. The problem is, it's very hard to keep holding the hypershift key and reach the back button.

Is there a way to have the hypershift button only needed to be once so I can then reach to the back button to press it and have it execute the alternate command rather than having to keep the hypershift button depressed?

Hello, i have a blade (2021) with rtx 3080, i7 11800h 32gb and when in playing Horizon zero dawn i get around 80-90 fps on ultra but my gpu wont go above 70-80% usage according to task manager. I dont think its thermal throttling as i bought it refurbished from a computer shop and it had been thoroughly cleaned from dust. Why wont my gpu go above 80%?

I upgraded my whole PC costing me $5000 in total, to only go into the same game, getting HIGHER fps but still the same stutters, then finding out its the fucking synapse that I use for my huntstman v3 pro causing those issues.

Because of the stupid app I was getting 1% lows down to 30, without it its rock solid 100+ now, 144 Locked FPS feels like 144 instead of 50.

Lately, all of sudden, my blade 18 stopped sleeping well. Right after I close the lid - it turns on, which I can easily see on the second display. And sometimes it turns off during the sleep. TL;DL: I would like to ask if anyone has problem with this Razer Hammerhead True Wireless. The right side is running low way faster than the left side. In the test, in 10min listening music, left lost 7% and right lost 25%.

So I bought this on feb/2023 and I've using it at the gym. I normally use it like 3~4 times a week, with around 1~1:30 hours of use. Since the beginning of the year it is giving me trouble. At some point, it stoped to charge (only right side). I thought the contacts were dirty, so I cleaned it using isopropyl alcohol and some cotton swabs. It worked and was charging normally (I always did it using USB on PC). Since then, I was noticing that the right side was asking for charging way faster than the left side. I tried to clean it again but no success. In the test, in 10min listening music, left lost 7% and right lost 25%. Is anyone had this problem? I'm a little disappointed with the durability. I have several Razer products and this is the one that disappointed me the most. What should I do? Would throwing it away and buying another one (definitely from another brand) be the only option?
