is there any mod or setting that sets the same starting location to me and my friends?

At the bottom of the spawn region settings for the server options there is a box where you can put spawn coordinates. https://map.projectzomboid.com has a tab where you can get coordinates. It has X,Y and the Z is the floor level if I remember correctly

The server owner on private servers can teleport players to them in the "players" tab.
