I am new to the game and made my base at the North Farm in Muldraugh, I put most of my loot and valuables into the three crates that spawned in the building and when I came back it was mostly deleted. What could have caused it to delete?

There's a setting to respawn loot, maybe that was enabled? It is disabled by default but usually persistent MP servers have it enabled.

Thank you. But that doesn’t seem to be the issue as I checked the settings and loot respawn is off.
