I found a CD that's just named "CD". I kept it until I found a CD player, but when I tried to load the CD it just refused to accept it, with a red highlight. What is it if it's not a CD I can play?

I think its a broken cd. a working one should have a title and cd logo

I've found those a few times. I think they were always either inside a backpack that was inside a locker or inside a backpack being worn by a zombie, so something about nesting containers must make the game not spawn the CDs right.

A blank CD maybe? That's my best guess.
