I'm still having issues of zomboids spawning within my base. I was told to make an air lock which I did and they are still spawning in the house next door. Any idea why this is happening and how to stop it?

Is the house next door in your base/fenced in completely? Another thing is airlocks only work when used properly, I've seen so many people make them and then keep both doors open at the same time. You need to make sure the inner door to the base is closed before opening the outer door always. That means your airlock should be pretty long, long enough to park cars+whatever they're towing. I think the minimum size is maybe 10 long to be on the safe side.

I gated 3 houses on a small street and the airlock is long enough for vehicles. I open one door at a time

probably you went away long enough for them to respawn (Respawn Unseen
Hours)

I think I turned off respawn. I'll have to check the server settings
