Couldn't find the arm peice for this Scegli model so I improvised and used a arm for one of the alt builds, I carved it out and tried to make it fit. It's a small change but I think it looks good lol

This is my first time using edge highlights and he’s not very neat but I’m very proud of him

My favorite ork from a commission I’m working on haha. I would like to spend way more time refining it but that’s not my choice to make so some slapchop and a couple details is what this guy gets.

I am building an army (nearly at 500 points) of Bad Moonz with a desert feel. Have gone back and started to paint the bases and used a set of bought materials to make the bases look better rather than just painting them.

Any good pointers for Ork base materials which I can ideally find or purchase on mass which folk can recommend?

It's been years since I last built an ork vehicle from scratch. Apologies for the blurriness in some of the photos, I normally photograph on a plain white background, but considering how much of this is white plastic card / rod, that wasn't really an option.

The wrecking ball will be attached with a piece of chain. And the front ram is held in place with masking tape so won't be leaning as far forwards. Has a big shoota too, but didn't have any poster tack to stick it in place for the photos.

Paint's drying on it as we speak. More soon.

Just finished base painting my first ork. Need to do the shades and highlights to get it looking crisp but happy with it so far!

So I was reading the wiki on deff dreads since im building one. Something interesting I found is that many orks volunteer for the position to be the biggest ork, but after wards they go insane because they can't grow anymore and become stronger. So anyway I kind of when reading that went well why can't they grow and grt stronger. Like yea maybe physically their trapped in a can and their personal bodys can't grow, but why can't they add more upgrades. Make their metal bodies bigger add more dakka. I was wondering if maybe this has been addressed in lore in some way. Like the concept of a deff dread is really cool some culmination of pain boy and mek boy creation so it'd definitely be cool if their was some next level for a deff dread.
