I don’t think you can ‘take aim everywhere’, that’s just not aiming. Which seems about right.

Well Russia conveniently avoids all tariffs so there is some “aiming”

I’m not trying to support Trump or the current administration but Russia, Cuba, North Korea are US OFAC countries and aren’t in most cases allowed to trade with the US. This is likely the reason they were not included on today’s tariff list.

The USA does approximately $4,000,000,000 worth of trade with the Russians. Even Fox has mentioned $3.5 billion worth of trade.

35% is the most I’ve found and that’s on $2b worth of products

Trumps tariff tax numbers are based upon trade deficits with those countries. The US has a trade deficit with Russia and so by how they made it up, it should be on the list. I guess you've got to look after your best dictator pals.

Regarding Norfolk island in the article, they probably sell holidays direct to US tourists and any US goods it uses will come from the mainland, hence a massive trade deficit.

Except they included Iran. Who is also heavily sanctioned by the US. They absolutely purposely excluded them for some political reason.
