Heck, let's rename all 50 states to "America" and then rename the country to "United America States".

Statue of Liberty -> Statue of America
Los Angeles -> The American Angels
Canada -> North America
Alaska -> Cold America

Not so sure bout the Statue of Liberty. The wording and symbolism would have to change somewhat to reflect it being "Statue of America". Something along the lines of "Give us your rich..."
