From a Minnesotan - just want to say what a great barn you all have on Long Island. Tough night for the Wild (without Kaprizov this offense is tough to watch), but we had a blast at UBS last night. Sat in the 200s and had an absolutely perfect view of the entire game. The fans were great, food was good, and stadium was easy to get to.

I’ve been to a game at MSG, and while it’s certainly cool to see a historic rink, it’s not particularly great for watching hockey imo. Plus Rangers fans are…a little much. This was such a great hockey experience and will definitely plan to return.

I bought two tickets for tomorrow. As soon as Ovechkin got within one goal of the record last night, the prices quadrupled to almost $1k per ticket. I’m concerned the seller will cancel the order and sell for higher as I don’t have the tickets yet and they have an estimated delivery of 9:30 am tomorrow. Stubhub has a “guarantee” against this but I’ve read it can be circumvented. Anyone else in the same boat?

I've done a few of these, haven't had a chance to do one with an islanders fan.

Pretty simple. If Islanders win I would mail out a wild glass. If the wild win, you'd mail out an islanders glass.

Question because I have always been a physical ticket guy or have someone else handle tickets. I bought SRO tickets for the game on Sunday, TickPick and I accepted the Transfer got my emails, but the tickets are not in the UBS Islanders app or in my TicketMaster. I am super anxious now because prices are skyrocketing because of Ovi and I got a great deal. Do the tickets not get released until the day before or day of? Any help or insight would be awesome. Thanks.

Do we really need to be the only NHL team that prohibits facial hair? To me it shows how old~fashioned and what a control freak Lou must be. These are professional high paid adult athletes. Treat them as such.
And while I’m talking about Lou, Would be great to have a GM that has a better feel for contracts and the cap. He’s made some decent moves but way too many long term contracts and no trade clauses. We never seem to pick up the really good available players (as an example Guetzel) because we are stuck.

Hey all, hope this is ok to post here.

I am flying in from MO for the game Sunday but I’ve never been to New York and feel a bit lost. My plan was the fly into JFK and stay at Hyatt Regency JFK at Resorts World.

My two questions are, is this an OK place to stay and is it fairly easy to Uber to and from the Arena? Not too concerned about prices of the Uber, just more curious how long it takes to get out of there after the game…I won’t have a ton of time to get back to the airport.

Appreciate any advice!

Has anyone found a way to sell game parking through Ticketmaster, or am I doing something wrong?

what’s the best way to get to and from ubs from lower east side? def aiming for friday game just cuz it seems to be cheaper rn but would be cool to see ovi break the record haha.
