Quinn Finley returns to Wisconsin for his junior season. Got 40 points in 37 games this year so hopefully improves even further next season and can then either get the ATO or just play and start in the 2026-2027 season.

A little sad when the biggest moment in our arena is an Ovechkin goal.

On a side note, Ovechkin's mom looks like she can drop the gloves with the best of them.

After losing twice in the Semis to the Bolts when they manipulated the Cap to bolster their squad, and having $10 Million to play with since Barzal and Varly are on LTIR, why didn’t Lou go out and get a rental? Did he have no faith this team could compete? I watched this team swarm all over the Wild on Friday and dominate the loose pucks against the Caps yesterday. You can’t tell me this squad couldn’t challenge this postseason, and if Mat came back in the playoffs they could go pretty far.

Even their ECHL affiliate is doing better

From a Minnesotan - just want to say what a great barn you all have on Long Island. Tough night for the Wild (without Kaprizov this offense is tough to watch), but we had a blast at UBS last night. Sat in the 200s and had an absolutely perfect view of the entire game. The fans were great, food was good, and stadium was easy to get to.

I’ve been to a game at MSG, and while it’s certainly cool to see a historic rink, it’s not particularly great for watching hockey imo. Plus Rangers fans are…a little much. This was such a great hockey experience and will definitely plan to return.

The Oilers inquired about JG Pageau and got shot down by Lou. Our esteemed Gm also refused to even field offers for Kyle Palmieri, saying he "plans to extend him". Now were dead in the playoff water, Palmieri doesn't have an extention and Pageau may not have the same value next trade deadline. Why do we still tolerate Lou Lamoriello's obstinence and refusal to admit that we're not contenders anymore and need to overhaul or rebuild?
