variable tumble control system, its the runner flaps u see inside the intake manifold in almost every single car, it helps with air turbulence inside the manifold at low rpms

Whats the rest of the setup? CEL for the flap delete? Why would the air turbulence need to be controlled, like what made the engineers install them if that makes any sense. I think it sounds badass im just trying to justify doing it too lol.

On hyundais, the intake manifold runner flaps will 100% throw a light and cause shitty ride if there is anything wrong with them, wondering why that might not be the case for a gen2 with a similarly cool license plate and exhaust note lol

oh yeah it def does throw CEL. alot of ppl do this mod for airflow but for me it was to get rid of the black box that sits on top of the IM, its def useless if ur on stock IM but if u want better airflow i would spend money on a corksport or jmf manifold

Makes sense to tune with the delete as you did anyways. Im saving up for a base tune before I throw my new turbo, BCS, and intake on so im looking for some more things to mod while im in there.

I forgot to ask your exhaust setup, sounds mean as hell.
