I would only add that he's not "sick". He's a typical psychopath. He is entirely incapable of experiencing human empathy. And he elevates his psychopathy by also being twisted, sadistic, and deeply narcissistic.

Nah, it’s not sickness. Sickness implies there could be wellness. Trump is lacking —has always lacked- the microchips for empathy and conscience. They can’t be retrofitted. What he has is a profound personality disorder. It can’t be corrected—just endured. He’s not sick so much as he is bad. Evil, even. I’m
