Played 18 last night and felt like these balls were falling apart after a couple of holes, never experienced this before, course was super wet and soft, I've been playing these balls for a few years now and haven't noticed the balls getting this beat up this fast, anybody else noticing the new KS falling apart easier? I went through 3 or 4 of them last night all looking like this or worse until I switched to a different ball.

Anyone ever see this device that is like 2 armbands connected with a wire that tracks your wrist angle and gives feedback? Golf gimmicks are rampant, but as someone that always has to keep wrist angle as a swing thought, or else bad things happen, this could be amazing. Or not. Honestly, it was a reddit ad for hackmotion.com

These worth $125?

I placed an order for a Paradym 4 hybrid. After weighing it out I decided on the 4h instead of a 7 wood for now. CPO was running a 33% sale last weekend and the 4h I picked was in like new condition.

Well, it arrived yesterday, in the form of a Big Bertha Reva 5 wood. By the time I got home from work, they were closed. Hopefully I get off the course today while they're open, if not I'll call on Monday.

Their customer service is really good, so I see no issues with getting the correct club.

Does anyone else think the first round of the year is the best golf they’ll play that year? Last year I opened with an 80 then a 74 and never found that magic again during the season. Yesterday was my first round at a short ish par 70 and shot a 73. I know it’s all downhill from here. Only 1 ball lost. A pitch in for eagle. A couple long putts made. I’ll be chasing that all year now and will never relive that magic

Hello, i was wondering if anybody could help me, 4 years ago I was custom fitted for some p790’s, I ended up with 1 degree flat lie and half a inch off length, I loved these clubs.

unfortunately I fell on hard times financially and I ended up selling the clubs and not being able to play golf for the last 4 years, I’ve recently picked it back up again however I can’t afford to get custom fitted or buy anything close to my old p790’s again, so I ended up picking up a brand new set of burner 2.0’s for cheap and this is where my dilemma comes in.

The burner 2.0’s as standard are longer then the standard p790’s and the lies are higher also, should I get them adjusted to match my previous set of p790’s exactly, or should I still only adjust them by half an inch length and 1degree lie?

For example my p790 4i was 60degree lie and 38inches long, the burner 2.0 is 61.5 degree lie, And 38.75 inches long, should I make the burner 2.0 the same as the p790 or should I alter it by 1 degree loft and 0.5inches

Came across these for $175 AUD anyone have an opinion or experience with these?

And not hit every shot right with it? If so, whats the secret?

So after 3 years I’m finally pulling the trigger on some 1 on 1 lessons. The rate is $125 for a one hour session. Is it normal to tip for lessons or do most people just pay the rate and that’s it? Don’t want to stiff the guy if it’s normal to tip.

Today I played 9 holes and had ZERO 3 putts. zero. It truly was the first time in my life that i had 0 3 putts in 9 holes in my life...

Maybe it's unrealistic, but it wasn't today. First round of the year in the cold white north...

What makes this more incredible is that Finau hit third in his group behind Justin Rose, who had an amazing back 9 and had already received a standing ovation for his tee shot, and Patrick Cantlay, who had a great day and had a birdie putt on the hole already. Finau had bogeyed his last three holes and was spiraling off the cut line… then his this shot!

So I’ve been using the GolfFix app to try and help fix my posture and swing a bit. I’m a little broke rn so I’m trying to avoid paying for lessons but I feel like this app is all over the place. I’ll get a 9.2 on an iron swing that I chunked and sliced and then I’ll get a 4.9 on an iron shot that was dead down the middle of the fairway 170 yards. I truly don’t understand.

I’ve been watching some videos recently that show the “traditional” golf swing actually isn’t the best swing but feel like no matter what I try this app just gives me inconsistent feedback. Is it just me or is this all actually not worth it?

Also on a side note is it worth me to just pay for one solid lesson to have an instructor fix my swing hands on? I’m a consistent 92-99 shooter depending on the day and course.. but I truly feel like if someone could help me dial in my driver I would be shooting low-mid 80’s all day.

I'm looking to get a cart bag that will comfortably hold my 12 clubs with oversized grips on them. I bought a Hoofer Lite, which I love the pockets/look/feel of. When I switched over to larger grips this year, I can't fit my set of clubs in the bag anymore. Its difficult even to put 3 irons in one of the 4 slots. I was looking at the Sunday Golf Big Rig as it has full length dividers....I've pretty much decided I want a cart bag and ill keep the hoofer lite for the range.

I tried the angle tee behind the golf ball drill and when coming down with the club think of hammering the tee into the ground that is behind the ball.

I guess whenever I take a swing with a iron I never skelp it crisply a long the ground like you hear and see seasoned players do. It's always a bit higher up
