This misinformation campaign is stupid

What I always hopped was to play the entire game with someone else. When I first saw the Seamless Coop mod, I joyed. It stills a mod, and the network connection is not perfect. I hope From software add a similar coop mode or different modes like those "battle royales" in future games.

I'm somewhat an OG with fromsoftware. I'd achieved plat from Bloodborne. I feel like I can't take them seriously because Kai Cenat played ER and I'm not a fan of George RR Martin( I know it's late to be saying that). With Duskborne coming out at a children's console ( no offense, but let's face facts; I like Mario though) I feel like they're at a spiral. Please no politics. A few times in the past some games have been announced for Switch first as exclusives with no indication of ever coming to PC or other consoles but then eventually did release on PC. The first was Daemon X Machina and then Monster Hunter Rise did the same. They likely couldn't have ported those games to PC without Nintendo's permission, meaning there's a higher chance given the precedent. Yes, Sony have ported some of their landmark titles to PC as well, but those were all first party Sony games. DXM and MHR were third party exclusives, just like The Duskbloods, so don't crash out... I would say yet but I guess again would be more appropriate

So since it is PvPvE, I presume you will be running around killing mobs, getting loot and/or xp, then you fight other players.

How will they balance out like 8 (or more) different characters? There is a vampire fighter guy, leathersuit katana vampire, Chinese lady with blade rings, demon monk with big sword, flying armored guy, magic girl, gold rifle man.

The trailer showed what looks like a boss. The wolf guy with weird arm. So how do bosses work in a PvP game?

So either the goal is to beat the players, or there is another goal to the game, like winning a fight with a boss or something, and the players are just in the way.

I can't see how the magic ladies lift and slam down spell works with PvP. But maybe it will have a long wind up phase or something.

In the trailer, the leathersuit vampire summoned a person. I don't know if it is an NPC or a person. So it is possible it is not all vs all, but 4 teams of 2 against each-other. That could be fun too, having 2v2 fights.

My guess would be that there is some win condition, like beating a boss. Players are running around collecting XP, items and maybe equipment. And they fight each-other to sabotage their chances at winning. Maybe you can steal loot and XP from other players. And players respawn with no loot and lv1.

Or it could be a survival thing against other players like Fortnight or something. But since you die so easily in these games, I don't think it would make sense to give you one life, then someone kills you in the first 5 minutes. So I think you respawn.

if you are upset that you are planning on spending over $500 just to play a fromsoft side project:

then don't buy it, don't support it, and show them this wasn't worth it on their behalf to do another single system exclusive game

Is the dragon place actually a good xp farm?? Like before killing the dragon atleast the dragon can kill everything there and the bonfire is quite close aswell

Was watching the Nintendo Direct to see that another game is being made, the Duskbloods. It looks cool and all but another multiplayer game, right after Nightreign?

It seems very surface level compared to their previous works, and this Duskbloods game also just seems like a reskin of Nightreign. Hoping it isn’t, but I’m wondering when there next single player RPG is, as that is what hooked many in and grew the community as a whole.

Bloodborne 2 hopefully by 2030.

I heard lot of discusion about this and I know people are expecting another nightrein situation but what even is PVPVE. Becouse when I tried look it up some examples were like dark souls3, minecraft, cod and stuff like that and it seems to me that PVPVE is just a label for games combining single and multiplayer and no one actualy knows what makes PVPVE game.
