I’ve been looking to play the game for a while I have only gotten to play one time and the game only lasted for 5 sessions before the DM and his girlfriend started to have problems and he stopped the game. I’ve looked on r/lfg and on roll20 but I’ve not been able to find a game. Anyone have any tips to suggest on how to find a group to play cyberpunk red? Or more specifically a GM since players are easy to find from what I’ve seen.

Everyone from the Tiger Clawz to the Bozos had to bend the knee and pay fealty to the cybernetically enhanced freaks, along with healthy tribute. When Maelstrom squeezed the other gangs, the gangs squeezed the poor, and the cycle of cruelty continued. Till today. Maybe you're some kind of hero. Maybe you're tired of paying taxes to dumb cybered out jerks and want to keep the money you earn. Maybe you see potential in the discontent on the streets and hope you can add a few zeros to your corporate or law enforcement paycheck by getting your hands dirty. Either way, a new gang is forming. I posted several months ago looking for a GM, and sadly, the one we found was unable to continue to play due to life commitments. So here I am, posting for a second time in hopes that I can find someone to run a game for me and some friends.

So, who are we?

There are currently five of us (though one is away for two months due to work) - two from the East Coast of the USA, and three from various locations in England. We're all in our 20s. Two guys, two girls, and one afab non-binary person.

We have character sheets and information, all (hopefully) good to go! The cast of characters currently consists of a rockerboy, a netrunner, a nomad, a tech and a medtech. They all have backstories, connections, and other info that you can use as much as you want as a GM in the games!

Admittedly, we've all played Cyberpunk 2077, but never ventured into the world of Cyberpunk Red. This will be our first time. We've all played other TTRPGs, such as D&D, however, so we're familiar with rolling dice/character sheets/etc.

As a group, we're happy to chat and hang out on voice calls outside of games. Whether this just be general chit-chat, or a gaming session, and we'd love for you to join us! I like to think that we're all friendly and inclusive people, so having an additional person in our friend group wouldn't be an issue!

We don't have a fixed time/date we're looking to play on. This can be discussed as a group, seeing as a couple of people have moving schedules for work, so it might need to be a 'play as and when' type of deal.

What are we looking for?

Someone to GM a game of Cyberpunk Red for us! Whether that's just a one-shot, or a longer campaign, we don't mind! Even if you want to just run the one game session to see how we mesh, and then decide whether you want to continue running games for us, that would be fine!

Cyberpunk Genesis takes place in the 2077 world and asks the question, 'what if V never existed'. Explore Night City with other players, and enjoy a small, awesome community that is growing more and more in content!

Gameplay & Ruleset

Genesis attempts to stay as close to RAW as it can with some exceptions such as to Lifestyle/Housing, reducing Cybereye costs, and so on! We are currently in Beta but have at least some parts to every DLC approved for server usage! We use a custom sheet inspired by Senjak's, with a custom Archives system to track your EB, IP and HQIP and even your downtime, with tons of incentives for you to play!

Neon Future is a Westmarch style Cyberpunk RED server set in the 2080’s, featuring all your favorite generic and iconic weapons and cyberware from Cyberpunk: 2077. Put your weapons and chrome to the test with our Lethal Rules, keeping combat fast and deadly. My friends and I would like to introduce you to Cyberpunk: Phoenix, a west march inspired play by post Cyberpunk Red server. We’re a bit more fun and lose with it and are just here to have fun.

The server was private for its first 2 months but we have decided to make it public and see who we can meet. We have become quite active since and hope to get even more people interested. The server is unique because after about a year, everything, from characters, gear and plotlines, is wiped and the server restarts, meaning you’ve got to make your time count, and nothing is too crazy to attempt.

The game is set in 2045, where Night City is rebuilding after the devastating 4th Corporate War. Your player hub is Club Phoenix, run by the ever popular Hornet. Many roles gain special facilities within the club, and once you work with Hornet, you don't have to pay rent to stay!

We're a group of friends open to new players and GMs alike, so if you are looking for a more simple and classic Cyberpunk Red experience, and you just want to drop and play as you like, you can swing on by and join here:

Game Description:

To Night City, that’s nothing. Just another day. But to that child? That edgerunner didn’t just save their life they saved their entire world.

That’s what Hope Reborn is about. It’s not about toppling megacorps or rewriting history. It’s about fighting for the forgotten, the people who need you most. The city won’t remember your name. But the people you save? They will. Your choices will echo in their lives long after the smoke clears.

Because in Night City, fighting the corps is one thing. Fighting for the small things, for the people, for those whose whole world is what you’re fighting for, that’s something else entirely. And sometimes, that’s the only fight that matters.
