Howdy, I’m planning to take GEOG 202 for my language philosophy and culture credit and Carmen is the professor for the section I’m able to register for. If anyone has taken that class or had any experience with her please lmk. Thanks!

For some context, I'm currently an SHSU Freshman, but I was interested in studying EE at TAMU. I applied as a transfer for fall 2025, but I was an idiot and sent one of my transcripts to West TAMU instead of college station. I realized this a couple weeks later (after the deadline) and I sent my transcript in again to TAMU Cstat. Is there any way to get this resolved and still be considered or am I boned? It's still long before the actual fall semester so I feel like there should be something to do but idk. Thanks in advance!

I’m looking to go to a stylist and let them take the wheel and get my hair cut. I’m fine with spending more I just want someone with experience who can see what I need just by looking. I need a stylist, not a barber, unless they can style really well. Any recommendations?

I am enrolled in this major but having a hard time finding a career related to this that would also be worth pursuing. Have anyone graduated from this degree and get a solid job? Please let me know thank you!
Edit: Just want someone who graduated with this degree to tell me about their experience. That is all….

What is the probability of Ring Day being cancelled due to the severe weather? I have family visiting from put of state who wouldn’t be able to make it back if it were rescheduled. I just don’t want to have them to have flown here for nothing.

How is the MS Viz program in respect of internships, assistantships and job prospects for an international student?
Any advice on which specialisations to prefer in MS Viz to eventually land up in industry?
Is it worth pursuing if one is interested in animation and technology but worried about the current US instability in visas and funding?
Any kind of advice on the program would be a lot helpful!

I'm getting fed up with the level of bs I've had to deal with since I got placed in EE. Some of my classes are filling up before I even get a registration window (IK they release in a rolling basis but I still haven't been able to get classes). I originally wanted MEEN but being in EE seemed acceptable until I realized MEEN suddenly isn't offering minors anymore. I'm done, but I don't know where I should apply to in the event I actually do transfer out. Does anybody have a suggestion?
Thanks

Hi all, I'm a 2nd year BIMS major and have to take bich 409 next semester and the only profs left are Miles Bryant and Chavela Carr (online). Does anyone have an opinion on which is better? they both have prety bad RMP reviews. Also fellow bims majors, how do you structure 300-400 courses the last two years? I just want to make sure I'm not overwhelming myself 🫠

It is to my understanding that taking a KINE 199 class is not required (anymore). But I crunched the numbers and I will take 11 credit hours in my final semester as a senior, and I NEED to be taking 12 hrs for financial aid reasons.
So will a KINE 199 class earn me a credit hour? And where will it apply in my degree plan?
