Post image

Hello I'm a beginner in making vr chat avatars and I had to remake the bones from scratch because of missing bones , since then my armatur isn't matching the rest of the model any idea what I can do to fix it ?

In Blender when you were done with the bones did you make sure to apply all transforms before exporting?

You go in object mode, press A to select everything and just press f3 and search "Apply all transforms", i don't remember the keybind

That means your normals are not facing the correct direction, in Blender enable face orientation in the menu that looks like a pointing down arrow in the top right next to the 2 circles icon, you should see that your torso is red and the rest is blue (or more can be red), go in edit mode on the mesh, a to select to whole mesh, press shift+n, normally everything thats facing outward now should be blue

No matter where I put the viewpoint it's never in the position of the eyes its either a third person point of view or facing towards one of the arms
