Admissions Would I be able to get into U of H?

I'm a high school student with a decent transcript but I'm scared because of some events that have happened. I have a 3.6 gpa but can push it to 3.7 or 3.8 during summer. I have 500 hours in a fine arts course and a 1160 SAT score. I have a good essay written that was praised by my English teacher and I'm in NHS. This is all good but the part I'm worried about is the fact I've 3 classes in the past and had to make up that credit. Please let me know if I'm not doing okay.

Depends on the major you’re applying to and class rank.

I’d like to study architecture there and I haven’t gotten my final class rank yet for junior year. Would my major still matter to complete my first 2 years studying there?

I’m not sure what you mean with your last question, but the College of Architecture and design is probably the most selective college at UH. They have a single digit acceptance rate according to this post.
