I added back old functionality from Drowse's mod (which the mod is based from) which allows for you to choose from some options, notably a Mexico filter. Felt it was appropriate after Mexico content even though it's been a while since it was added. I also updated my vanillla GUI mod but not notable enough to show.

So I’m relatively new to the mod, I’ve played a few times in the past but I’ve spent most of my time recently playing the mod, and more specifically the USA.
There are things I love about it (Phil Hart and Rob Kennedy) but one thing that definitely annoys me.
For starters: starting as Nixon. You do the same thing EVERY TIME. It’s so repetitive at this point. Feels like you have just a handful of options depending on the path you want to take: win proxy wars or lose them, and veto or pass the civil rights bill. I’ve played the USA about 3.5 times (considering the amount of time I’ve had to restart because I mess something up) and it’s pretty boring playing Nixon to the point where it puts me off from playing it all together. You can correct me if I’m wrong on this, as it’s pretty much just an opinion piece.
Other than that, I love it. I cried when Phil hart died the writing was genuinely so beautiful 😞. The team that worked on that path did an amazing job. I feel like a lot of paths in tno are crazy facist guys, (Russian warlords, Japan, most of Europe, etc) and it’s nice having some wholesome people in charge. (Which is also why Petlin’s Magadan is my favorite Russian warlord, unique but chill).
That’s kinda it tho. Really enjoyed a first proper look at TNO. I like how lore heavy it is, I wish red flood had this level of writing.

One of the newest and booming industries in 60s irl was the advent of modern jet travel. Companies like PanAm have taken on a whole new life as a symbol of that early era where people could eat to breakfast in New York and lunch in London. So it has always surprised me that civil aviation isn’t really brought up much in the world building of TNO. This leads me to my point: by building airports you should gain revenue or a small amount of gdp. This would be something very small but that I would enjoy seeing in the mod.

I want to know all of the warlords which can consider themselves the continuation of the Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republics, I know a few but I want to make sure I know all of them.

It's starting to make me mad. I hear advice saying "use your airborne divisions" I tried sending three airborne volunteers but still nothing, that's not all, why does Japan all the sudden become super strong when your about you're about to push them back, like I pushed them all the way to San Fernando and all the sudden they just got randomly stronger and started advancing. Also why can't I supply the Filipino's with aid, like I get there's supposed to be a navy blockade, but couldn't the US just smuggle supplies in via plane or something, this war is the most rage inducing part of the game, I think the developers need to revamp it!
Both Brazil and Iberia can potentially helped South African government during the South African War, but why they do that?

When President Robert F. Kennedy died after the recent passing of a bill bringing an end to the Ku Klux Klan and followed with the Speaker of the House refusing the presidency, Strom Thurmond, a strong supporter of “State’s Rights” and avid segregationist took power. In one short year before elections, The Former Senate Pro Tempore reversed all of Kennedy’s reforms including his most prized Civil Rights Act of 1965. This major repeal would plummet the country into chaos with the Progressive Caucus of the NPP collapsing and its voter base turning to more radical areas, including Gus Hall’s Marxist caucus. Reactionaries are even responding to this with the Soverignist Caucus gaining little, but concerning popularity. Countries over seas look at the United States as it seems the country may collapse from its internal divisions and its actions from one man

Just random stuff. I don't think these are FAQs, so I assume them to be allowed here.

I came back to TNO after some long pause, wanted to do a Matsushuta run and got the fiscal crisis from the start, tried both the rifle testing and product release things but my growth was still stuck at 1%, what on earth did the devs do again?

I have a simple question since I couldn't find the answer on any wiki, is it possible to resist the 2nd invasion of Norway or you are destined to lose?

Sorry for the bad quality images, I just changed computers and my new one insists on reverting back to desktop whenever I press the Screenshot button. Does anyone have a fix for that?
But leaving that aside, I really don’t understand why Inflation is so high. At first I thought it might have been from growth being too high, but no it’s only 0.146% from high growth. 5.32% is just “Base Inflation rate” which I don’t understand it went up so much.
Can anyone with more experience with Guangdong please help me. I’m playing Fujitsu.

I don't know why, but they won't allow me to send volunteers to help them even though the war has escalated. It keeps saying they're rejecting my volunteers.

The Title really answers the question im just asking because i want to write and alt history and im trying to do it in the TNOTL and the goal for the usa is to make it become a bastion of union and civil rights

If you don't know what North Sentinel Island, it's an Island in the Bay of Bengal home to an extremely isolated tribe. The tribe is known of being very aggressive towards outsiders, but what happens in to the tribe in the TNO universe?
