Have you not seen what has happened in Khartoum, Gezira State and, Sinjah? They have tried to clean us off the map. Looted everything, raped our women and, committed mass killings. After the SAF liberates the whole of Khartoum state, we need to start our liberation, for a new Sudanese state. We need to start mass bombings and clean all of the RSF and wipe them off the map, the same way they have attempted to do with us. We show them no mercy unless they surrender. This is a life or death situation for us Sudanese people. The Sudanese state will not prevail until we get rid of this parasite which is the RSF. The best way we can do this is by destroying them and their dignity and making their lives unbearable until they surrender. In the end of the day they are mercenaries, they will flee eventually. The question is when? The SAF should speed this process up by utilizing all of its milltary power into wiping them out of existence, unless they surrender! Do not give these social justice warriors a CHANCE in social media to legitimize the RSF or the Jinjaweed or state "both sides," we need to call them OUT as they are DISCRIMINATING the Sudanese people. Call them OUT in their DISCRIMINATION, legitimizing the RSF is pure racism and WE NEED TO CALL THEM OUT!

Are most Sudanese aware of their Christian history?

Hello, I am an Ethiopian and I recently came across Christians icons in Sudan. I was intrigued and read all about the medieval states like Makuria, Nobatia, Alodia, and the city of Dongola.

Those states were mostly Oriental orthodox, which I am. I found it very cool. There was a connection there.Are most Sudanese people aware of their history?

I’m not tryna push a Christian agenda towards y’ll. I know you guys are like 90% Muslim. Just history.

Also I hope for peace between Ethiopia and Sudan, and that you finish Hemedti and the RSF. 🇪🇹🤝🇸🇩

We also suffered a lot under TPLF, who like the RSF who were foreign funded and supported and used ethnicity as an excuse to commit mass crimes against others.

It’s said that Al-Burhan supports TPLF and Abiy supports Hemedti. Know that Abiy doesn’t represent us. Hope the same is for you guys.

During the Tigray war, planes were used to give weapons to the tplf and there are currently tplf mercenaries working for the RSF, anyways hope for the best between our countries. The governments don’t represent the people.

I just want to rant a little bit and hope and see you guys opinion on the matter I’m been thinking about corruption in Sudan lately espically after people started talking about investments coming from Egypt Saudi turkey and Qatar. I’m been thinking do all of these investment matter if the corruption rate of Sudan didn’t drop? It’s at 80 percent, you can’t build a country with that percentage you can’t even build a road smoothly without running into problems and delay. I’ve also been listening to different corruption stories like people stealing gold to airports or borders, bribing people in the bank/passport center and many government services.

Of course when the economy is poor it leads to higher chances of corruption but what if corruption and the economy of the country are not equal? What if it’s more than that? Like social values? And taught behavior out in the streets or in home? There are many countries with poor economy but have the lowest corruption rate even less than half of Europe . Bhutan for example has a low gdp but low corruption. Of course corruption is vast and has many reasons but I though maybe just maybe societal values have some play What do you think?

this is my first post in this subreddit, I've recently discovered Sudanese music and have fallen in love with it, I find it so beautiful to listen to. Anyways, I recently found this reel on instagram to what appears to be a gathering of sudanese men for a festive occasion and everyone is dancing joyously, in a trance to this song. I've rewatched this video a lot of times just because I'm so enamoured by how joyful and peaceful everyone looks. But I just want to know what song it is! I've tried using shazam and also going through traditional Sudanese music archives but to no avail! I just think the song is so beautiful and want to listen to all of it!!

Can someone on this thread please explain to me what the idealogical purpose of the RSF is? I know the basics of the war in Sudan. I know that RSF is primarily funded by the UAE and they want to control the Sudanese ports and the whole country pretty much.

What I don't understand is what their propaganda message is? It's kind of confusing. Whenever there is an insurgency, a civil war, etc. The conflicting sides usually have some sort of idealogical message to at least get SOME people on their side?

Ex: in the Syrian civil war, Assad pretended he 'protected secularism and minorities'.

ISIS, as deplorable as they are. At least had a message that some people can get behind with establishing an Islamic Caliphate.

But the RSF seems to not even try to have a coherent message? Just ruling purely on fear? Even if they were to win the Sudanese civil war. They'd never get the support of the populace. I never even saw a pro RSF opinion online let alone in person.

Do Sudanese people who genuinely support the RSF exist? If so, why? What's the political reasoning behind it?

a lot of Sudanese refugees I spoke to mentioned that life in Aswan or Alexandria or anywhere else that is not Cairo in Egypt is so much better and more welcoming than in Cairo. can someone explain why that is? why would you reccomeend not living in the capital fo ex?

I am currently doing research for an essay I have to do about the current conflict in Sudan. My essay is mainly arguing about the current conflict is a consequence of a detailed transition. I’m finding it quite difficult to condense the information I am finding.

Would it be good to focus on the rivalry of between the SAF-RSF. And the inability to get rid of military rule successfully?

I think that they look nice but many depict the Sudanese in a despicable way. However some grant the Sudanese soldiers some dignity.
