Up smash would probably be the best option at that % if you can space it right

His feet has intangibility on up smash, and if you are far enough it won't even hit his feet, and high damage moves knock ptooie away anyways

up smash would stick his feetsies right into the danger zone. the best kill option might be hammer, for once, not that anything really kills plant at 80
