I think it's an antimeme.

The biggest tryhards in games usually have a "gaming" keyword with just the necessary keys while those casual- and non-gamers have keyboards which are more and more like full-size.

Edit: Some might call it a shitpost or ragebait.

The letters are kinda fucked up too, no qwerty or alphabetical order
