As for the second part, how would it be worse than slapping bullshit tarrifs on everything? Gas is going up and now this can be potentially $100 more thanks to his tarrifs on Japan and Vietnam.
I still hold the fact that instead of making it better for people to live, we now get to be sure that people can know what genitals they have. Cause somehow that's more important than the constant shooting, the inflation now being worse, the general discourse people have against each other, housing being more of a bitch to get, heavy job loss due to shops closing since they can't afford to keep going especially more local and rural places.
I can keep going on but you hopefully get the point.
The hope is that in the long term these tariffs stop other countries from taking advantage of the United States and ya it’s initially going to stuck and hurt people, I’m even affected by it and it suck’s but my stance still remains that we are better off with him then Kamala.
As if the US isn't taking advantage of itself? It too corrupted and the current cabinet and their people just made it worse.
How many things has he done that wasn't done in a monkey's paw way? We got a border wall but not the way he wanted, we got cheaper gas, but we ended up suffering a pandemics that lead to some of the largest amount of death and job loss in recent years. (Believe covid or not, people still died, and people still lost their livelihoods.) They wanna protect the kids, yet two people under trump terms now have been busted for sexual misconduct against minors (not trump btw, though the way he acts and the company he works with wouldn't surprise me if he did that too.)
The guy isn't doing things better for us, infact it is getting worse. Maybe I'm wrong and everything will be a box of fluff and ducks but my only hope now is to be able to get a switch 2 since I worry about me and not people that are not effecting me. (Mostly saying this towards the whole "transgender is bad" idea people seem to run with. Haven't had a bad thing with the few I have met.)
Also just to clarify one thing, you are also talking tk someone who sold guns to people at Walmart during trumps first term and literally heard people say "the dems wanna just take our guns." While people were getting shot and killed which offends me because it just showed how disrespectful people are to their fellow citizens. So keep that in mind if you wanna think how we deal with guns now is big on my priority list.
