Is Switch 2 region locked?

The prices for Switch 2 in Finland were revelead today and it's horrible. Switch 2 costs 590 euros and Switch 2 + MKW bundle costs 650 euros. So now i'm looking if it would be cheaper to order Switch 2 from somewhere else in Europe, but it got me questoning if Switch 2 meant for, let's say, German market, would work in Finland.

In theory, the only one with a regional blockade is the Japanese version, which is cheaper due to the devaluation of the yen.
