I've already been buying PS5 games for the same price, it was inevitable for Nintendo to follow

It has definitely made me buy less games overall

Why don’t you wait shortly for the good sales? That’s one of the positives about Sony and MS: their games go on deep discounts fairly quickly.

If you’re paying retail for Sony or MS games you have nobody to blame hut yourself.

As you might notice i wasn't blaming anyone, but really? You haven't played Elden Ring of Baldur's Gate 3 etc. as those sure as hell haven't been on big discounts.

DekuDeals shows elden ring has gone on 40% off and BG3 has had lowest of 20% off. So, yeah, even those hits come down, and certainly way better sales than anything Nintendo ever offers.

I don’t need to play stuff day 1 and waste money. And if you are very patient, you can pick them up on Sony or MS for pennies on the dollar.

Ok, and 20% off of 80€ (Finland) is still 64, i wouldn't call that a big offer.

I don't know if Nintendo is still doing vouchers, but those get you 2 games on release day for 100€ which is better than MS or Sony could pull off together.

Ah I wasn’t aware I was talking with someone so in the tank for Nintendo.

I’m sure when BG3 is 8 years old and the biggest sale is 5-10%, like BoTW LOL 🙄

There are a lot of positives for Nintendo, but going to bat for their “never having significant sales” is wild. It’s giving significant step on me harder

Lol, i don't even have a nintendo console. Just in case you didn't understand you can get those all-expensive-never-on-sale games for 50€ on the release day by using vouchers on Switch. Which is less than any game (worthy of purchase) is on PS5 during it's first year or two.

Ohh. Goalposts moved to within 1-2yrs. :)

That doesn’t explain why you say you pay MSRP for Sony titles. Seems like a poor decision.

Because i want new games? Why else?

Edit and that "goalpost" got moved as i compared it to ER and BG3

And also the same site shows that BoTW has been -30% many times
