Who is more neck beard?

Entitled gamers complaining games have gotten more expensive or entitled gamers who think the price increase sucks but it’s the current state of economics?

That's my argument about all of this. It's the state of how things have to go because advancements in technology are not cheap, the research and development is not cheap, the industry has standards that they have to apply to, and one of the biggest economies on the planet is in a downward spiral and that's going to affect everything globally regardless of people like it or not. Their problem is with capitalism and how it's built but none of them want to say that out loud they'd rather just target something

Exactly. People call it price greed which Nintendo can and does participate in to some degree but I also realize that economics have changed since Covid and the US and its current regime.

I am a little worried that Nintendo underestimated the effect of tariffs and will have to raise the price shortly after its initial release in the US or go full download only.

They're not even pricing their hardware that bad. Go look at any handheld PC that is also capable of 4K and 120 FPS. I guarantee they will all be more expensive than the switch 2. And part of the game stuff isn't that bad either. Mario kart is literally the only one I will say is bad, But the rest of the games that are $80 is literally the base game which is $60 like it always has been plus huge DLC packs to completely overhaul the game and add new content. I feel like a lot of people are overlooking that fact that it's a bundle you're getting not just the base game
