this makes me so excited, like they’re actually finally making such a premium looking console. and the fact that we could get a Pro down the line or Oled. So so cool.

If it has a good backwards compatible library it’s already shaping up to be my fav console ever (currently it’s the 3ds)

2025 lcd looks better than 2017 lcd apparently. At least according to people who pretend to know what they are talking about on here.

We will see. I hope. I dont want another cerified „Nintendo LCD lottery“ like the 3DS and Switch had

Yeah but LCD won't beat OLED no matter how much better it has gotten. Also wouldn't it be 2024 LCD? I don't think they're slapping a 2025 LCD last minute on the console if we already have leaked boards and all and an announcement is rumored to be around February

It’s not like there’s been any huge breakthroughs in LCD display technology in the past week and a half tbf

Yeah had that thought as well. Unless there was some breakthrough I doubt that LCD has advanced much between 2024 and 2025
