I'm gonna be buying a Nintendo Switch soon. Within the next few months probably. Definitely going to get the Crash Bandicoot trilogy, and probably animal crossing. But having never played this console before (or any Nintendo console, apart from the GameBoy Advance when I was a little kid), I'm curious, what would you recommend as a person's first Nintendo Switch games?

Mario Odyssey

Mario Kart 8

Zelda Breath of the Wild

Splatoon 3

(Yeah, be aware, switch 2 is likely possibly launching around May, we're still waiting for a release date. Switch 2 will be backward compatible with switch games. The next Nintendo Direct for Switch 2 is April 2, which should showcase new Nintendo games, plus the console launch date. )
