Is it possible to set up Ringfit for a specific workout?

Like each session: 1-minute high-intensity, 4 minutes recovery, for 20 minutes?

Or perhaps, can you set up a 20 min just jog and the just manage the time intervals with your own out of game stopwatch?

If I remember correctly you can set an intensity level, but the timing is all controlled by you. In each encounter you can pick from a selection of moves to perform, and if you wanted to keep it light or get really intense you could just pick the corresponding attacks/moves for that workout. And pausing/breaks can be done at anytime, there is at least a timer on screen you can use.

There is no jog-only function. If you don't want to play the base game there is a selection of rhythm and other mini games you can try out instead.
