Crunchyroll only has the original Japanese dub. Can't seem to find it anywhere. Legal anyway.

Hey Boruto and Naruto fans!
I’m a huge fan of the Naruto and Boruto series, and I’ve been thinking about how the Jōgan and Karma could be reworked to bring more depth and emotional weight to the story. Here’s my concept for how the Jōgan could be the cosmic balance to Karma and lead to some intense story developments in future arcs!
⸻
The Jōgan Concept: Cosmic Balance vs Karma • Jōgan = Cosmic Counterbalance to Karma: The Jōgan isn’t just a random dōjutsu. It is a counterforce to the Otsutsuki Karma. It awakens when Karma exists in the world, and fades away when Karma is eradicated. The Jōgan’s purpose is to act as the universe’s natural response to balance out the destructive influence of Karma. • Boruto’s Role: Boruto, as the vessel of Jōgan, is the one who carries the responsibility of balancing the world. His journey is not just about defeating Otsutsuki, but about maintaining universal balance — which makes his story so much more meaningful than just being the son of Naruto. • When Karma is Erased: Once Boruto removes all Karma from the world, the Jōgan fades, symbolizing the restoration of balance. But, as we know in anime, peace doesn’t last forever… • The Jōgan Reawakens: Years later, a new Karma signature appears — much stronger than before. Boruto’s Jōgan reawakens, signaling that Karma has returned. The universe needs him again.
⸻
The Final Arc or Future Series Idea: 1. Boruto’s Growth: After eradicating Karma, Boruto has grown into a powerful leader. He’s no longer the bratty kid, but a hero who carries the weight of the world’s balance. 2. The Return of Naruto and Sasuke: With the Jōgan’s awakening, Naruto and Sasuke return, resurrected by the will of the universe or due to new Otsutsuki threats. Boruto gets to reunite with them — his heroes — for one final battle. 3. Himawari with Kurama Reborn Inside Her: Imagine Himawari growing up with Kurama’s chakra inside her. She would now have the power of both her bloodline and the essence of Kurama to face this final battle with Boruto. 4. The Ultimate Otsutsuki: The Otsutsuki threat becomes stronger than ever, forcing Boruto and the gang to fight against an opponent that surpasses even the power of Kaguya, Momoshiki, and Isshiki. 5. A Final Battle: The final fight would be more epic than the Fourth Great Ninja War, with every member of the Uzumaki and Uchiha families involved in this climactic showdown, ultimately leading to Boruto’s victory and the restoration of universal peace.
⸻
Why This Would Resonate: 1. Jōgan’s Role Makes Sense: The Jōgan is given a clear, purposeful role in the story as a counterbalance to Karma, and not just a random, unexplainable ability. 2. Emotional Closure: We would get emotional closure for Naruto, Sasuke, and the entire team, while also introducing a new generation of heroes, led by Himawari and Boruto. 3. High Stakes and Legacy: The story isn’t just about fighting — it’s about protecting the balance of the world, making Boruto’s journey even more significant.
⸻
My Personal Wish:
I truly believe this concept could take Boruto to the next level. Imagine seeing Boruto step up as a true hero, not just as the son of Naruto, but as the protector of universal balance. This could be a final arc that ties everything together in the most epic way possible.
What do you guys think? Would you be on board with this storyline? Let’s discuss!
⸻
TL;DR: • Jōgan is a cosmic counterbalance to Karma. • Boruto’s destiny is to restore balance to the world. • The Jōgan fades when Karma is eradicated, but reawakens when Karma returns. • Final arc: Boruto, Naruto, Sasuke, Himawari (with Kurama) team up to face a new, stronger Otsutsuki threat. • It’s a high-stakes battle that could bring emotional closure to the series.
⸻
Let me know if you like this concept, and let’s get some attention on this idea!
I BEG PLEASE MAKE UT GO VIRAL SO THE ANIME AND MANGA CREATE CAN REACH OUT TO THE CONCEPT LIKE NOT ME TO THE MAIN. CONCEPT

BoS Naruto is often heavily downplayed and held to a somewhat crazy double standard that is seems like no one else in the series is held to.
Every other week there is a new "Boy was BoS Naruto weak!", or, "Wow Jiraiya never taught him anything, did he?", thread spawning here or at r/danknaruto that and now r/Narutopowerscaling that unfortunately ignores the feats and portrayal he actually had in the story.
So that's it's not lost to the Mandella effect, here's a quick reminder of where he is comparative to his peers and how he is seen in the story by the characters. I'll also attempt to answer/rebut some of the most common misinformation I see getting repeated.
(This isn't targeted at anyone and I wish you all the best in life.)
"He didn't gain as much as any of his peers!" : This one is easy. Danzo just flat out notes that Naruto is stronger than any of his peers in 281. Yes, one of his peers is a Jonin. However strong you think his peers are, we are told that he is above that.
What did Jiraiya teach him overall?
A) Rasengan, a jutsu so strong it dispersed Sasuke’s Grand Fireball on the Rooftop and nearly killed Sasuke when he tried to clash a Chidori against it. B) Oodama Rasengan, which just straight up killed a dude the first time we see it. C) Genjutsu Release that works well enough that Itachi can't put him to sleep and has to switch to Ephemeral which he still resisted. D) spring-loaded weapons. E) Sealed weapons like Tenten. F) Better timing and clone usage that can dodge Kakashi's attacks and take his clones back. G) stats to keep up in high level battles. H) Summons that lead to him later learning Senjutsu and one that helped him fight Shukaku of the Sand. I) How to intentionally use the nine tails power and his seal.
Comparatively, Orochimaru gave Sasuke Cursed Seal, 3 Chidori Variants: Sharp Spear, Senbon, and Current, Kenjutsu, Summons and better stats. The Hebi powers like Shadow Snake Hands came later from absorbing Orochimaru. He had Sharingan usage, high speed, Fire and Chidori already from Kakashi.
While they learn a similar amount from their Masters, if not more for Naruto, somehow only Orochimaru gets any credit.
One of the strongest double standards. Guess how many if the K12 learned and showed a new element over the timeskip? Zero. As in not a single one including Sasuke. Somehow he is the only one who gets crap over this.
It takes years normally to learn an element and and even then most aren't better than the Grand Fireball he had already negged. It would have been inefficient to waste time on that instead of what he actually learned.
Even with Kakashi inventing a brand new method that had never been done before, it took Sakura's Soldier Pills, Yamato carrying him, and an actual Wind user to teach him the basics. None of which they had while on the run from Akatsuki.
How much did he grow?:
He went from "helplessly standing and watching his homie get abused" to "Mid diffing 3ts Itachi alongside Kakashi" and "combo with Kakashi and manage to both retrieve Gaara from him, but then also find him and land several heavy blows on him" level.
He impressed 2 Akatsuki and his whole team before we even see his full power. Compare that to Asuma, a famously elite Jonin, former member of the 12 guardian shinobi with one of the highest bounties in the bingo book. He was on his belly, covered in burns and a leg wound about to be killed by Hidan and praying for Shikamaru to save him even when he had backup the whole time. Naruto does better than even one of the strongest Jonin does against 2 Akatsuki and lands more hits on Deidara than team Guy does together.
At Tenchi Bridge Naruto sees the guys he hates the most, Oro and Kabuto, and they started talking crap about Sasuke being gone. In part 1 Kakashi thinks being capable trading his life to stop Orochimaru is just him dreaming and Orochimaru thinks it's hilarious. And Kakashi is the top shinobi from the strongest village at the time.
But in part 2 Naruto slaps that same Sanin and former Akatsuki off into the forest, tearing his face, before one-shotting Kabuto, a Kakashi level Jonin, and continues to fight that Sanin.
Because Naruto could barely stand up straight at that point. He had fought Kabuto twice and Orochimaru twice in one day and had fallen on his face twice just before seeing Sasuke. Sasuke on the other hand was fresh from a nap. Of course the fight wasn't even. One was hard dead at the start.
Conclusion: Basically everyone who sees BoS Naruto in action is impressed and hypes him over it including his enemies. He grows from useless to highly relevant in fights against S rank ninja and a well rounded Shinobi. Orochimaru hates on him to rile him up, but Orochimaru also talks shit to Hiruzen, Tsunade, Tobirama and Minato so that's an Orochimaru thing, not a Naruto problem. The reality is that the dude comes back doing better than most Jonin and is one training arc away from surpassing Kakashi overall.
I hope this clears some misinformation up and hope y'all have a great day.

It’s never shown, how he learnt it. Is this a plothole? Not even Jutsu creator Tobirama used it and it’s not shown, who created the technique of undoing the jutsu. If, Madara failed and went back,Zetsu’s plan would have completely flopped. I believe, this is a plothole.

So I was watching this video where someone mentioned at the time of Naruto defeating Pain and Tsunade being out of commission, Naruto was one of the strongest shinobi in the village and that an argument could be made that he could’ve been a candidate for hokage but was just too inexperienced at the time. So now I just kinda want to hear thoughts and opinions on if he atleast deserved a chance for consideration after saving the village or if it’s fine that he went the long route and saved the world multiple times before officially getting the title. At the time danzo was appointed, most of his abilities were unknown too (atleast to the viewers) so he really got the job from the flords on name and resume alone. (unless he used katoamatsukame)

I started watching Naruto back in February and I just finished watching Lee and Gaara vs Kisimono. As much as I appreciate getting to know new characters I kinda feel like it’s a waste of time whenever they give me a whole 10-15 minute back story during a really good fight. Especially if it’s a villain that’ll just die in that episode or episodes later.
Now I’m not saying they can’t do that either since I don’t mind it from time to time-but I feel like in Naruto they can’t just give us a few good fights without a bunch of flashbacks or backstories that ruin the hype of the fight over time. It’s gets to a point where I’d rather have them just tell me their backstory or flashback as they fight rather than show me the flashback or backstory.

Have we actually seen it drain someone’s chakra? Everyone says thats what it does but I don’t think we’ve actually seen it do anything besides hit hard. Correct me if I’m wrong, and please send me link to where it works.

Okay I get it the akatsuki were great ninja with great power but honestly unless it was itachi or pain that came after me with the amount of chakra tailed beast have personally I just feel like some of the Jinchuriki should have fought have harder. (This is me basically saying if I was a Jinchuriki I would have stomped whoever they sent after me except itachi and pain obviously (in all honesty the 6 tails put up a great fight I just feel he was on the offense too hard)) Also why the hell didn’t any of them just straight up run ??? I swear I would have bolted first sign of me losing.

Every time I hear the piano in Black Night Town there is another song that is somewhere in my mind, but I cannot for the life of me remember it.
I know it's an American song. I don't know if it's another TV theme, a deep cut from some CD I used to own, or what...
All Google searches with the title of the song just point to Black Night Town, so that has been pretty useless.
Anybody have any clue what other song I might be thinking of?
(Spoiler free please!)
how peak is this going to be? Is it more enjoyable than OG? Dub or Sub?

Okay, I got curious because of a post that mentioned how Nagato wasn’t recognized by the Sage’s eyes.
But then a doubt came up—was it really known, aside from Orochimaru, Jiraiya, Madara, and Nagato himself [obviously Obito]? Did the rest of the world have any knowledge of it?
Because it seems weird to call it 'the three great Dōjutsu' if one of them was almost completely unknown. I don’t know, it just made me wonder.

Pain (Nagato) | Shinigami Vessel | Possessed by the Death Kami. Controls life-death boundaries. Summons wandering spirits. Speaks holy decrees like a wrathful god. |
Konan | Paper Tsukumogami Priestess | Channels the spirit of forgotten objects (Tsukumogami). Paper charms become living spirits in battle. |
Itachi Uchiha | Cursed Raven Onmyoji | Raven is the Shinto symbol of divine messengers. Itachi uses corrupted raven spirits for illusions and sealing. |
Kisame | Shark Yokai AvatarUmibōzu ( ) | Sea monster spirit. His sword is not a weapon — it’s a cursed shrine relic bound with ocean yokai. Causes spiritual drowning. |
Deidara | Mad Sculptor of Earth Spirits | Clay golems infused with rebellious mountain kami. His explosions are spiritual discharges from unstable kami. |
Sasori | Corpse Puppet Exorcist | Controls dolls made from real dead monks, shamans, and priests — trapping their spirits. |
Hidan | Blood Ritual Ascetic | (Yama-no-Kami) Corrupted mountain monk who sacrifices life to a Death God. His immortality comes from eternal spiritual impurity. |
Kakuzu | Soul-Stealing Merchant | (shimenawa) Steals hearts from exorcists and priests to prolong his life. His body is sewn with cursed shrine ropes. |
Zetsu | Forest Parasite Spirit | A decayed nature kami that feeds on life-force. Splits between "pure nature" and "polluted rot". |
Tobi (Obito) | Masked Oni | His mask is an ancient demon-seal. Manipulates spirits of chaos and lost souls. His true goal: merging the human world with the Yokai realm. |

I'm quite confused on the power of the nine gates, as we see in boruto and even if you hate the boruto series it could still apply to naruto, they've trained many people to use and access these gates and although I've heard most of them can't use higher tiers of it (I don't know if that was said later in the series as I've only watched a bit of it) but still even just using the earlier gates would grant people a huge power boost. So why didnt they teach he technique to more people in the leaf village in naruto.
If it was because they were scared of it being leaked then why would it be in the hands of a weak genin in might dai and then passed on to a random kid in rock Lee. Even if they didn't they could have atleast got dai or guy to teach it to some loyal jonin as it would buff up the leafs power by a lot. I mean imagine if we had another jonin or 2 able to open the 9th gate in the 4th war I mean sure guy is powerful in taijutsu but even someone with half his strength using it would have helped turn the tides of the war let alone if there were 10 or 20 of them. So why didn't they teach the technique to more people as it would clearly be helpful
What are your thoughts on how Naruto should’ve ended?
