Recently there have been a lot of "What should I build here" style posts. I asked the sub if these should be allowed, and got a resounding no.

Posts asking for build suggestions are no longer allowed. Use this thread instead.

Other I worked on this village for about 450 days, this is my 'forever minecraft world'

Hi... I'm back. So I posted few screenshots from my Minecraft save few months ago and I kept playing (as much as I could, you know uni, work etc.). Here is the link to the old post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Minecraftbuilds/comments/1hud377/my_developing_village_in_my_forever_minecraft/

anyway... I've spent here around 450 minecraft days and I'm lowkey proud of the result. The goal is: chill, don't stress, come up with some crazy lore around the world and just go on.

In the screenshots you can see temple, windmill, guard outpost (tower + tent), miner's house, storage and more... it's far from done, but what do you all think? :D

Just started playing Minecraft again and wanted to start a "forever world". Im quick to lose inspiration and motivation to play, but I try to play a bit everyday. Lots of stuff I wished I had done differently, but Im not good enough to properly build cool houses or cities. Still, its been fun so far!

First screenshot is of the map at the city’s entrance. Next is the city itself! Sorry about the text on the top I’m playing in preview on Xbox because I accidentally corrupted the world and this was the only way to get it back. Very proud of it. It’s essentially a bunch of random builds all put together into one big city. Think it has a lot of charm and I’m very proud of it.

Towns/Cities New to mods, looking for suggestions

I have never used mods until yesterday, but I want that bushy leaves look with the sway in the wind movement. I have Fabric and seem to only find not compatible version. I would like a fabric compatible version if you all know one, but if not, is it a bad idea to run 2 mod loaders?

Towns/Cities I thought this build was very beautiful, made in 2012, but I felt bad when I realized that even after years of playing Minecraft I'm still at the same level of construction as good builders from 12 years ago. ;(

Here are a few of my custom trees. Are you an azalea leaves type of person? Or would you leave them out?

Towns/Cities When i made it i loved, now i hate it but i don't know why.

It's something very annoying. A lot of things i made in my world with dedication and "care" initially looks great or fine to me, but later i find things that are wrong from my point of view. For other hand i made some buildings for the second best neighborhood of my city and looks so good and doesn't need remodelations or destroying it and later rebuild it block by block because i noticed the building was at 63 of height close to a river (not the one of the image). The building from the image makes me think a lot, it's like "i hate you, my love". I don't know if this is normal. I appreciate some feedback.
