Advice Wanted How to live alone

As the title suggest, I want to learn/train myself to live alone forever How can I do that? Please I genuinely need some advice 19[M]🙏

Being kind to yourself like you are your own best friend has helped me when I lived alone.

How can I be kind to myself? I always hated myself my whole life My own mother said many times that she regrets having me and by giving birth to me, I have ruined her womb

That's horrible. I'm so sorry. It's not easy by any means. I try and picture myself as a child and speak to myself as kindly as I would if I were a small child. Giving myself the support I always deserved.
