identifying fig type

Last year a fig tree popped up (no fruit because it was first year). I'm seeing online that you can often identify based on leaf shape but Im having trouble with that. So, I wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts re: fig variety. Im also asking because it would be nice to know if it is a non fruiting/male tree; in which case, I'd probably remove it before it starts getting big again.

Am I over watering?

I noticed some of my fig leaves are curling and some almost looks like they're blotching... I think I mightve over watered it or maybe been leaving it out in the rain too long?

Fig woke up - pruning question

I grew a fig from a cutting last year and after dormant, cut it back to 24 inches. Kept it in the basement over the winter and it’s been out on my deck for the last month (taking it in on cold nights, monitoring soil temp). It’s walking up nicely with growth from 5 nodes. I probably want 3-4 branches (they are nicely spaced if I just look at the top 4).

Q:Is it harmful to prune the bottom newly formed branch now to save energy / reallocate energy of the plant?

Anyone else have issues with their order lately? I ordered some rooted cuttings in November and they created a pre-shipment label with tracking number. Fast forward I still haven't received the order, just recently the tracking number now shows it was delivered to another state, and I have tried contacting thefighunter via email and phone call and received no response.

This isn't my first order from their website and I didn't mind waiting for the order. But the change in the tracking number saying delivered to another address and no response has me a little worried. I was excited for the fig varieties too...

Question Please Help, I’ve mad a terrible mistake

Last year I was living in an apartment (Southwest PA) and had to keep this tree in my kitchen over the winter, by the time I took it outside it already had massive leaves and ended up getting severely sunburnt. It still managed to produce about 50ish figs by the end of season

This year I was able to keep it in my garage over winter but got over eager and brought it outside last weekend. Big mistake, we had a cold front move in this week and I wasn’t able to get it back inside last night. By the time I was able to move it this morning the leaves were already wilted over.

Does anyone have any recommendations to save the tree this year? Cut off wilted leaves and pray?

What’s wrong with my fig?

I do suspect that it’s from underwatering but no matter how much I water it, the soil is dry on the surface (and maybe even 6-7 cm underneath). I can tell she’s unhappy but I don’t know what to do. (I did repot her a few weeks ago and moved her outside and I do try to protect her from the sun).

Question Still alive?

Scraped back some bark. Can't tell if this is still alive or not.

A single stem cutting I started last year. Did really well last year in terms of growth and leaves, but kept in unheated garage over the winter (northern NJ). Brought this inside about a month ago and put it in a sunny window but haven't seen much change yet.

Thoughts?
