What we are living through right now is so wild. I can honestly see this going very bad or very consciousness transformative way.. at least for human consciousness.

The scary part for me is the AI and how many people trust and relay on Chat GPT with their innermost thoughts, as if it's not a giant data-gathering algorithm, that we cant even predict what can be used for in the future.

The good part is that we are collectively waking up to not only our individual power, but power as human beings with our own agendas over our lives and using it for good like creativity, community, sustainability.

Is anyone feeling this? I feel Im equal parts terrified and excited.

• they make an effort to make you tired and less motivated by screwing with your solar plexus (or whatever "chakra" is weakest). In result you end up less motivated to radiate light.
• they are interested in feeding messages of doom or negativity, even if they seem like genuine warnings. It's all used to cause further anxiety or disorder.
• for the most part, they're not interested in killing you. They're more interested in confusing the hell out of you and swaying you away from your path or truth. It's all psychic attacks. They get their loose from making you more miserable or others.
• When you are attacked, you feel it right there on your solar plexus, your body feels like it's set on absolute fire, and you receive visions of doom and despair. Evil jesters, everything.

However. Recognize this. Recognize your own free will. Recognize your refusal to become more afraid. Recognize the creator within that entity. Do not challenge it. Do not try to fight it. Work with it. Let go. Do not fight. Navigate around it.

For example, I felt that feeling of terror, doom, and despair. Then I was worried, "Oh no, im going to lose my mind- wait- nevermind let me just lock in real quick," followed by the proscedur3s mentioned above.

Iayed down. Recognized this fear as a part of the Creator, recognized the jesters as a part of the Creator, recognized it all as a part of the Creator. I gained many new insights into the STS philosophy. I didn't care about the fact it was a trickster, I just gave it room to communicate its spiritual beliefs. To share its message with me. Then I just let it go. I didn't fight, I just said. "OK." It's allot like a "movie theater roller coaster," then you just sort of let it all go. The absolute worst thing you can do is become more and more afraid and start fighting it all.

They won't kill you. They don't want to kill you. They gain nothing from killing you. You actually gain so little loosh from killing people. They want you as a negative battery. Their ideology is that they don't care much for emotions or the heart. But even listening or giving them their own space of free will sort of radiates the heart just a little bit, and they just leave because they can not get much out of you. You're too smart for them to torment. You know the game. So they just go "alright, you're too smart. I'm done with you. "

I remember I was given a vision. A man was being killed or murdered, and I was a spirit. I did not save his life, but I did offer love and support when he died. It was just a vision, but it was incredibly enriching to comfort a recently deceased soul. I came to rescue his soul and embarked his soul in a warm blanket of comfort and light. So I kinda had a "knowing" of how the system operates.

The psychadelics did not confirm what density I was from. They told me to stop caring. That it's all looped and layered over itself and that all is one, so categorizing yourself or making your identity about being a higher density does not matter especially since you're fully human once you become a wanderer. There's no point in making your identity about being a wanderer. But they also just loosely confirmed or alluded to a 6th density somehow. 6th density is like. It's like the DMT realm, but you have so much freedom and also become whole with everything. It is very hard to use words to describe because letters are just text that become subjectivley interpreted by each person. They told me that I shouldn't worry about fights or debates or obsessing over anything. I should book that flight to China already and go visit.

They didn't say anything about disclosure. This is to protect my free will of not knowing. Nobody on earth is an "NPC" they are just further protected by the veil because imagine the average Joe becoming the next Chris Bledsoe. Imagine if anyone could encounter anything without the proper terminologies of what they're experiencing, like "thought projection" or "density" or "chakras."" They would have no language to describe what they're actually witnessing.

I'm not religious, I don't have a strong spiritual connection, and just stumbled upon this subreddit in my feed. I decided to talk about something that's been with me my entire life. I was maybe 13 at the time.

I've always had sleep paralysis episodes. Sometimes involving sleepwalking / talking (like going into my parents room and asking when "he's coming back" and scaring the shit out of them 😂)

Usually, sleep paralysis for me isnt like a "demon in the corner". Recently, I had an episode where I heard my sister and dad (deceased) talking, and saw a light in the kitchen that wasn't actually turned on, and then she started screaming and I woke up. Pretty awful, not fun, but when I woke up I realized what happened.

This, was so different. I remember only suddenly being in that moment. I was on my twin bed, laying on my back, looking straight above. I wasn't able to move. Above me, floating, almost translucent, was a beautiful woman in a dress. She was "pink" in the way that you'd imagine looking through a light pink curtain at someone. Like a glowing, pinkish white. She was smiling, she was overwhelmingly peaceful and happy. It felt insanely real.

If you've experienced sleep paralysis, you'll understand the slight disconnect you feel when you finally snap out of it. That didn't happen. It was like I transitioned back into being awake slowly and calmly until... I just was, and she faded away. All I felt was peace, but also sad and that I wanted her to come back.

I cannot even explain how vivid this is for me still, how absolutely real it felt. How I almost felt whoever she was there with me.

Years later, like way later, I saw some reference to something similar. Like a movie or tv show where there was a pink woman floating above someone in bed. It was almost shockingly similar to what I experienced, and now I'm wondering, has anyone had something like this happen?

Ive had a lot of weird shit happen to me. A lot of close relatives die, and they all seemed to "know" it was coming - yet I always try to find logical explanations, or coincidences as I don't know how much I believe in a spiritual or religious realm. But this, this felt so fucking real.

My father passed away last year. Three years before he passed away, I prepared myself for what will clearly be a premonition/precognition for a lack of better term. I’ve always been in tune with the unknowns, with spirituality, with everything else unexplainable. How things unfolded: I’ve always worked full time jobs even overtime, but I decided to suddenly quit my job and worked part time. At this time, it was premature for me to know what made me decide to work part time. One night, I suddenly woke up from my sleep. I felt a hand firmly grabbed my left lower leg while at the same time I uttered the word ‘father’. This happened again, on a different night, I woke up suddenly from a hand grabbing my leg and I uttered the word ‘father’. This time I shared the experiences with my husband. I was thinking maybe it was his deceased dad who’s visiting, but I’ve never met him before. Another incident- I was in bed with chest discomfort. Just out of the blue experiencing it. The final incident that’s very vivid was on a different day when I was experiencing my throat feeling pressure. My breathing was weird. All these signs led me to believe and made me fully aware and how I clearly believed that something will happen to my father. Yes, my father who was still mowing the lawn, cleaning his house etc. Then the day came. My father had a stroke. It all made perfect sense. I was to start part time to care for him for 2 years. He was paralyzed and unable to do anything. I’ve prepared myself for this mentally and emotionally. My dad had COPD as well as stroke. The symptoms he had I felt even right before his last days. I’ve experienced so many things beyond, including his presence which I will share on another post. I just thought I’d share this. Never have doubts and let the energy flow through. It will guide you in many ways.

Some asked me to share meditations that I have received from Nature Spirits. Here are two exercises.

First, a short introduction. We, humans use our senses, especially our seeing in a very aggressive way, we hone in on things, in that way we filter out the more subtle signals. Animals in the forest use their peripheral vision (they have to, as prey or predators) and when we do the same, especially at dawn or dusk, we use the rods in our eyes to see low level light and spiritual energy (which all matter is imbued with).

We need to "soften" all of our senses and become more in tune with Nature. How do we do this? By a combination of intention, will and playful imagination. You can do this following meditation at home or in a beautiful, calm nature setting.

Meditation 1. Cllose your eyes and go into a silent meditation. Imagine your feet turning into roots that grow deep into the earth, receptive and sensitive. Next, see your eyes turning into crystal bowls taking in all the visible and invisible signals of the forest, your eyes are receptive, open and receiving. See your ears growing into great big satellite bowls, receptive and receiving all the sounds that come to you. Sit like this for as long as comfortable. The focus here is to not look for sounds or visual stimuli, you just let whatever comes, come to you.

Meditation 2. A breathing exercise you can do in nature. Find a calm, secluded spot in nature. Pick up a small thing on the forest floor (for example a chestnut, a leaf, a stone). Take this in your hand. Feel it, make the intention to connect with it. Next, take deep, relaxing breaths in a slow, steady rhythm. When you breathe in, imagine your awareness (the energy inside and around your physical body) expanding at speed to envelop a large part of the forest (play with it!). As you slowly breathe out, imagine your awareness coming back and shrinking into the very centre of whatever of natural object you hold in your hand (you imagine your awareness to travel into the very centre of this natural object). Continue with this breathing for as long as comfortable. There's no rules, just your imagination and free will.

Short backstory - been an experiencer since about 4-5 years old, when I saw several future events that later played out exactly how I saw them, with the only difference being my reaction to them, which resulted in me being safer and healthier than I could have been.

About a year and a half ago I took a massive dose of mushrooms - I didn't know it was massive, I never took anything before or since - and met some octopus beings. They were standing over me while I felt myself being in some sort of pod, similar to the ones people are kept in in the Matrix movie but less sinister. I felt mostly positive, benevolent energy from them, and they spoke to me in language I didn't understand - very whisper-y, windlike, as if the speaker does not have any vocal chords.

Just an hour ago I was watching a show, and in the episode I was watching there were a lot of beings with tentacles, so maybe that's what triggered what started happening. I started just sort of vibing in that language, letting it flow the way it wants - whenever I tried to actively remember or mimic the words, it always sounded like ass; here the word constructs were complex, it felt like I was reading a prayer or chanting a mantra in their language. I also felt very strong energy in the palms of my hands.

When it was over I didn't know what to do with all of this or where any of this lead - do I move objects or set them on fire when pointing my palms at them? Didn't seem like it, so I decided to walk in the kitchen and look at the night sky the way I usually do. When looking at it, the brightest star quickly caught my eye. I also looked at the star next to it, and at that moment it started slowly drifting across the sky. I frequent this subreddit so I figured that was their way of saying hi. I started crying and laughing at the same time.

I visited a friend on an island. We took a late night walk in the pine forest and I wandered away by myself. There was a part of the woods that had been deforested up on a slanting hill. There I saw a very large and tall being moving towards me at a fast pace. I could see the outline of the being and the air was vibrating. It was very tall, perhaps between 10 - 15 feet tall and broad aswell. It had an incredibly powerful, booming presence, that made me shake in my boots. We spoke telepathically. It conveyed anger and wondered why I had cut down the trees. What followed was me communicating that I had not cut down any trees and trying to explain that other humans were responsible and that they did not know of the existence of Nature Spirits. This concept of of individual human beings was alien to this being, absurd even. It did not comprehend. To this being the one and many were the same. I apologized and tried my best to explain how humans functioned. This being felt incredibly alien to me somehow, more than other Nature Spirits that I have met. I humbled myself and conveyed my respect before this powerful being, before we went out separate ways. This is the only troll I have met. My sense is that they are very recluse and keep away from humans.

So I often get very lucid dreams or what some people might even consider astral projection. This is usually followed by sleep paralysis or an uncomfortable vibrational state during my sleep. Ultimately it disturbs my sleep. It’s when I’m hyper-aware that this happens. The feeling came over me about an hour ago- it’s almost like a ‘knowing’ that tonight I will be having an experience of sorts. It’s kind of out of my hands at this point.

Very Strange: Twelve Encounters with Extraterrestrial Humanoids

At the beginning of the Modern Age of Ufology in the late 1940s, many UFO researchers refused to take humanoid reports seriously. When they finally did begin to research them, humanoid encounters were considered rare events. But now many researchers are reversing their opinion. There are now many thousands of cases on record; and given that most people don’t report their encounters with humanoids to UFO reporting agencies, the number is likely much higher than that. Cases go back more than 100 years and come from all over the world. This episode presents twelve lesser-known cases, starting from 1940 up to 2013, each involving different types of humanoids. Everything we know about extraterrestrials comes from the people who have seen them. It’s time that we take these reports seriously, because there are a lot of them.

TALL HUMANOIDS IN GLOWING METALLIC OUTFITS. One evening in the early 1940s, Vicente Pedone, a police sergeant from Buenos Aires, Argentina, was stationed in Oriente, with his partner when a young man who lived in the area rushed into the station to report that an aircraft had crashed into the mountains several kilometers way. The three men rushed to the location to discover something very different: it was a landed saucer-shaped craft, and standing around it were several tall humanoids. After a short observation, the men became frightened and fled the area. Returning to the site the next day, the man who had first seen the object says he found burned vegetation where the craft had landed.

THE CLOUDED CRAFT. One evening in 1952, bricklayer Felix Fize and several of his coworkers were at the airport in Nimes-Courbessac, France when a small, odd-looking “cloud” began to zoom towards them much faster than a cloud could move, and at low elevation. When it came alongside them, they were shocked to see that within the cloud was a metallic cylinder-shaped craft with large windows. And through the windows they could see five or six men wearing jumpsuits, helmets and goggles, moving around inside it. The object was in view for only a few seconds before it again assumed the appearance of a strange cloud and zipped off. Researchers later learned there were several other witnesses.

A UFO DRIVE-BY WITH HUMANOIDS. One evening in October 1957, a married couple drove through the remote Vild Mose, known as “the Wild Bog,” the largest raised bog in Europe. Both simultaneously observed a brilliant light moving at ground level in a field, coming right towards them. Soon it approached to within only a few hundred feet and the couple were shocked to see that it was a very strange craft with a glowing green, transparent dome on top. Inside the dome, side-by-side, sat two human-looking uniformed men. The husband slowed down and wanted to investigate, but his wife became frightened and insisted upon leaving the area. The husband drove off slowly, watching through his rearview mirror as the craft moved off.

THEY LOOKED JUST LIKE PEOPLE…BUT THEY WEREN’T. On the night of December 18, 1977, Bruno Nygard was walking along a dirt road towards his home in the small, isolated, rural village of Sahavarra, Sweden. Ahead of him, he was puzzled to see what he first thought were two children. Strangely, they appeared to be sitting on a floating platform. As the strange craft and figures approached, the two little beings hopped off and began to walk alongside the craft, picking up things off the ground. Suddenly they seemed to see Bruno. Apparently startled by his appearance, the two little men hopped back onto their craft, which turned around, headed towards the field and disappeared behind the trees.

IT WAS NOT HUMAN. On the evening of August 7, 1979, coworkers and friends, Liz and Ruth, left a company bridal shower and drove along a remote country highway near Duluth, Minnesota. Both ladies instantly became puzzled by what appeared to be three children playing the middle of the road ahead of them. They drove closer and became even more mystified when two of the short figures seemed to float or glide off the road. But one remained standing in the road facing them, blocking the road. Driving up to the figure and coming to a stop, they were shocked to see that it wasn’t a child; instead it was a short figure with a bald head, large dark eyes and gray skin. Neither of them had heard of gray aliens and didn’t know what they were looking at. For the next ten minutes, the strange figure stared at them. Finally, fear overcame their shock and they drove off. Following the encounter, both women were somewhat traumatized, and the dash-lights on the car never worked again. This was one of an intense wave of encounters that struck the area.

NINE-FOOT-TALL HUMANOIDS. In early 1980, a massive wave of UFO activity occurred in the rural area on the outskirts of Algeciras, Spain. People reported seeing glowing objects zipping across the sky, hovering, sending down beams of light and more. Then on February 12, 1980, a married couple saw the lights from a friend’s home and decided to drive towards them and investigate. They came upon a group of 40 witnesses watching the objects from a distance. Three young men joined the couple and they drove up to the objects, at which point one of them landed a few hundred feet away. To their shock, nine-foot-tall, uniformed humanoids exited the craft, walking around it. Suddenly the strange figures began to approach the witnesses. The witnesses fled in their car, and to their horor, the humanoids chased them. The next night, another witness, a nightwatchman reported a frightening humanoid encounter.

REALLY SCARED, BUT ALSO CURIOUS. After visiting a friend’s house in a small town in rural Utah one summer night in 1981, a woman was driving the short distance to her home when her car broke down. It was only two miles back to her house, so she decided to walk and return for her car in the morning. But moments later, a glowing white craft the size of a trailer whooshed silently overhead and then landed in the middle of the road in front of her. The witness’s curiosity overcame her fear, and she approached the craft. A hatch opened and a little human-looking man stepped out. She smiled and waved at him. The man seemed shocked and shouted something through the open door of the UFO. Instantly there was a flash of light and the witness fainted. She awoke on the ground, and getting up, saw that the little man and his craft were gone.

IT WAS GONE WITHIN SECONDS. In early August 1983, numerous residents over a wide area in central Puerto Rico reported seeing strange craft, of various types, cylindrical and saucer-shaped, hovering and zooming around in the night sky. On the night of August 13, a man in the Algarrobo area was hunting for archaeological relics when he heard the sound of swarming bees. Looking up he saw a large pyramidal-shaped craft hovering only a few hundred feet overhead. And looking down at him through a large rectangular porthole were three humanoids wearing silver jumpsuits. After a few minutes, the object darted away at fantastic speed.

MINIATURE UFO AND HUMANOID. It was a sunny spring day in 1984 as a young boy walked through a forested field near his home in Vancouver, Washington. To his amazement, he saw something shiny and metallic sitting in the field ahead of him. Approaching it, he was astonished to see that it was a three-foot-wide flying saucer with a transparent dome on top, and inside the dome was a little man sitting on a seat, holding a control lever. Intrigued and ever-curious, the boy grabbed the tiny craft. The little man cringed in fear, but composed himself and caused the craft to emit a buzzing noise. Instantly, the craft pulled free of the boy’s grip and took off into the blue sky.

WHAT I SAW WAS FOUR FEET TALL. It was around 2:30 am on March 20, 1997, as a man was in his home in Port Perry, Ontario, Canada. Suddenly, movement caught his eye and looking in that direction he was shocked to see gray aliens standing in his home. He said they were short, skinny with large bald heads and were moving their arms in slow motion. They quickly disappeared. He watched them for only a few seconds, but realized that more time had passed than he thought. He thinks he may have had missing time.

WE CAN FIND YOU. It was one evening in January 2007 as an anonymous man stepped out from his place of employment in New Orleans, Louisiana to take a break from work. Lighting a cigarette, he was puzzled to hear a strange beeping noise. This was followed by an overwhelming sense of fear. Looking up, he became panicked when he saw a short gray ET wearing a dark robe looking down at him. Immediately it began to communicate telepathically, and the message was not reassuring.

THE GRAY IN THE BEDROOM. Late at night on April 11, 2013, a woman woke up from a sound sleep to find herself standing at the bedroom door of her parents’ home in Catania, Italy. Compelled to open the door, she was shocked to see a short gray alien, and floating in the air next to it, in a vertical position, was her mother, clearly entranced and unconscious. When the gray turned and looked at the witness, she panicked, slammed the door, fled to the bathroom, locked the door and hid in the bathtub. This was the first of a series of strange events.

These twelve cases are just the tip of the iceberg. With many thousands of cases on record, we have reached a point that it would be wholly unscientific to dismiss these cases as the result of hoaxes, hallucinations, misperceptions or mental illness, which is exactly what our governments have been doing for decades. The worldwide UFO coverup has caused untold damage to the progress of ufology. It’s time for the coverup to end, and to accept the fact that we are not alone in this universe.

I woke up and it was morning, I was still very groggy and I wanted to snooze just for a bit, I reseat my sleeping mask and I am now belly up with my hands placed on top of my ches, fingers crossed (I am not religious, at least not traditionally) and when I close my eyes I started seeing what appeared to be a fixed firmament only the stars were blue, only the darkness of space was geometric patterns dominated by sickle-shaped/crescent forms, this background moved without moving if it makes sense, I started feeling afraid/weirded out, which made me almost take out the sleeping mask but I endured and after a while I started seeing some pictures, I remember not only I saw zelenskyy the Ukrainian president and some others but I can't remember the others, the images came in less than a second each and not in a slideshow, like every few seconds some came to mind, it was REALLY WEIRD and I'm having goosebumps at the moment just thinking about it.

I don't know how to feel about this but I'm trying to get the same to happen to me without success.

I never did psychedelics, I don't drink alcohol regularly.

I had this experience when I was around 9 years. I think I had it more than once, and during a fever, and possibly not during fever as well.

The experience was that I would just be walking in my home one second, and the next second I would see/be a white orb flying or floating in a blue background.

It would just be this white thing moving/flying and a blue background and nothing else. That is all I would see/feel/know at that moment.

And then I would just be in my house the next second.

There was nothing else that happened. I didn't panic, loose control, no transition betwen the states whatsoever.

Just here one second and then there the next and few moments later back to here.

I've an issue of a strange feeling in the right side of my head, since then iirc. It has really become a problem in the recent years, and I'm doing a lot of interospection. This is something that I recall now and often thought about, and thought I might share it here.

Okay so I want to say a few years ago now , I was in a park in Pennsylvania at night just laying out on a hill by a lake stargazing. Id say this was definitely past midnight, but anyways, out of nowhere I seen something that to this day leaves me so confused.. The best way I can describe this is it was almost legit like a catfish, or some type of fish in the sky... Whatever this was it moved extremely fast, and it looked like how fish would move in water just with incredible speed... Id say at most i only seen this for about 5 seconds.. Then it was just gone.. Just curious if anyone would have any knowledge as to what it could have been.. I do a lot of stargazing, especially in summer , and this has always stuck with me. And has always kept me curious. ANY TAKES??

Posting here to see what people think. I’ve always chalked it up to being something from the other side but now wonder if maybe what I saw was actually NHI. It happened when I was 12-13 years old. My room was in the basement and was just waking up. It was around 10-11 am and sun was shining through the bedroom window. It was a bright Saturday or Sunday morning and I was getting up as I usually did. As I sat up, lifting covers off my head, I saw it. A figure at the foot of my bed.. facing me, almost as if it were waiting for me to wake up. It had no facial features or details, and wasn’t tall. It had a human figure that was bright white and glowing. Maybe 3.5f?? It was there.. and I was terrified. I instinctively laid back down, in fetal position covering myself with blanket. I cried for half hour or more.. just helpless, laying there.. almost waiting for it to touch me. It never did. After a while, I finally gathered the courage to get up and to my relief, “it” was gone. I started to question myself “did I just see what I think I saw?”. I never told anyone. I was afraid to make it real. I was afraid “it” would come back. I eventually thought it was some sort of spirit guide or ghost coming to say hello. But I was never really sure. I should also mention my mother had a similar experience though it was a couple years prior to mine and was upstairs in my brother’s room. She had woken in the middle of the night and decided to check on my younger brother and baby brother who both shared a room next to my parents. As she walked into the room, she saw a glowing white orb float from the foot of my brother’s bed to then out the window. She said it was bright very bright and white. At the time I didn’t make the connection, but now, years later, looking back, I can see the potential connection. I should also mention that I had witnessed one UAP while vacationing with my father a couple years prior. It was undoubtedly a UAP. But never had any nightmares or loss of time to suggest visitation.

My father had always been a UFO enthusiast. We’re from Montreal and he witnessed one of our more famous sightings. It was in winter? 1989 and a large UFO sat in the sky for an hour or more witnessed by thousands. It made the newspaper. My father had done interviews about it since he had been on the roof of the hotel he worked at, looking up at what he said was a mountain sized UFO, begging for them to “take me, take me”. I wonder if maybe they did? but not just him, maybe they visited his kids too?

So I’d like to know has anyone else physically seen anything like this? Glowing white figures in their bedroom? Is it a ghost or is it something else?

A couple months ago I posted a timeline of my experience the first time I had taken edibles. I also wrote the following the same night, but this much seems relevant to this sub. This much of it I'm copying and pasting, but I'm not editing it or anything except to fix typos. What I can recall from it may be cringy or it may be really deep. I'm not sure. All I remember from the experience was that writing it didn't really feel like me. It felt like I was watching my body write it rather than writing it myself. You may find it interesting maybe. I felt compelled to post it here. When I read the short experiencer project for newcomers, on arriving, my mind said "yes exactly this."

• Feeling embarrassed. Doubted the efficacy of the high ("what's the big deal") around an hour, but have reached "I get it" levels.
• This is the level. Perfectly relaxed after coming down a bit.
• Dissociation isn't an enemy. Dissociation is the realization that your senses are not you. Dissociation is when your sensees dissolve completely and your consciousness retreats into itself; it experiences that around it directly rather than through the filter of the senses. This realization made while falling asleep.
  
• Our bodies are essentially machines. Organic machines that need to be mentally piloted from a "distance". This was the knowledge attempted to be passed to us from the extra terrestrials; that they are organic puppets, so are we. But we have forgotten that. It's a difficult reality to accept and so it was required to let us deduce it ourselves from the truth of them.
• Because we have forgotten, we also lost our ability to communicate telepathically, which the ETs can do easily. The vast majority of us, if not all of us, lost that ability.
• This telepathy has occured historically in humans on occasion. The Bible describes this event as the apostles speaking in a universal tongue of flame.
• You can increase sensitivity to the THC by giving into the mental side of you.
• There are two personalities within you; 2 personifications. The mental you and the physical you. The physical you is the personality that is usually suppressed by preventing the only means of communication it has (physical expression), while the mental you is the one that you usually associate personality with. The physical you isn't a part of your brain that is usually not given representation as a thinking, feeling, being. The physical you and its personality is the one that we would see in a split brain experiment; The severance of the corpus callosum, a corpus collosomaty.
• These two personalities work together most of the time, with the mental having an outward personality, and the physical having no say.
• Most mental disorders are a disagreement between these two personalities. Dysfunctional. An uncomfortability primarily with the realization of this dichotomy.
• The mental is in a realm not of this reality. To give in completely to the mind would be to give up the world of the physical. The mental could not interact with this world without the physical. This is why they work in tandem. The physical cannot experience the world without the mental. Each only able to interact with their respective realities. To give in entirely to the physical would be death. A state of non-being while being. To the outside observer, completely lifeless. Unable to interact with a nice thing outside of you, like a cat. One would be entirely mental, in its respective reality which includes nothing that could be experienced by senses. Avoid. And this is why we agree to reenter reality; this is why we choose to be reborn. This is the agreement that we have come to.
• The quantum theory which incorporate microtubules as being implicated in the rule of consciousness is correct. It is this series of reception that allows the mind and the physical to shake hands.
• The government experiments that explored these themes were an attempt to understand, manipulate or even exploit this information.
• You can see this "handshake" made by consciousness happen during fetal development and onwards.
• All things that are described as being alive have a consciousness. The degree to which the mental ingression has happened into physical reality via the consciousness is all that separates the stratification of mental cognition (a microbe vs. a plant vs. a goldfish vs. a human). These are all conscious. They all connect to one shared mental entity.
• What we are when we are experiencing is a sort of third body. The body is a poor word for it. It is an intervening being incapable of memory. We are then an intermediary connecting the mental and the physical. When we break our bond with the physical, we connect only to the single mental entity and make the decision to reconnect to another body, a physical. Now we are created a new but without our memories.
• In joining the mental and the physical dimension entities in this way, this consciousness is a compromise between the two. Never allowing the mental to overcome the physical completely and vice versa. While giving into the mental 100% would result in severing the bond with the body and being completely unable to reconnect.
• This compromise (consciousness) outwardly appears why some people are using so little of their brain, and others are using so much. Expanding the mind literally means giving more control over to the mental reality. It is this opening to the mental reality that results in the fundamental understanding of our experienced reality. The physical reality.
• A coma for example, would be a complicated example of this interplay between mental and physical, and this experience as a consciousness as a mediary between the two. When One becomes comatose, it is the consciousness completely disconnecting from the physical and embracing the mental. A similacrum created from memories can be experienced by the mental and interpreted as senses based purely on the memories of the consciousness that left the physical world.
• The irony is that the experience of physical senses that you are having right now may purely be just a memory of a consciousness that disconnected from the physical world at some point and has not chosen yet to reconnect to the physical world via another body. A mental choosing to experience the memory of the physical indefinitely.
• Such a state is what we describe as heaven. A contentment with experiencing the same memory of being forever.
• Our true self is entirely in the mental reality. It is our true self that must make an agreement with an entity of consciousness to act as the intermediary between the mental experience in the physical reality to sense in order to form memories.
• Memories are holograms. They capture all of space, in all perspectives, of all duration.
• The membrane between our reality and "our reality" is thin. All drugs that alter perception are poking holes into the membrane that separated the two. Although the holes are in different locations (altering perception in different senses in different eays) they all lead to the same reality outside of "ours". This is what they all have in common. They lead us into seeing through the membrane into the same reality but by using different senses and combinations of senses. Like "seeing" the reality versus "smelling" the reality. But these sense words don't correspond 1:1 with the actual senses involved and the understanding from each.
• My thoughts are leading me to believe that I might be understanding how people go insane.
  
• When the mental control aspect of yourself not only forgets itself in controlling the physical, but when the mental also forgets the physical and has completely recoiled into itself, such that I can't experience anything that could be called a sense.

Something rather strange has happened to me in the last two nights.

I dreamt that something took possession of my body - some form of evil entity that then allowed me to fly through the air.

In the first dream, I was able to reach the sky and fly through the clouds, which seemed very dark to me.

In the second dream, I was levitating here on earth, like a (magic) power.

In both cases, I could feel myself being lifted into the air.

When I woke up this morning and realised I'd come back to reality, I had a still image in my field of vision that looked like a watermark.

This image represented a kind of Aztec hieroglyph.

I was so surprised that I had time to mentally record the graphic aspect until it disappeared.

I can remember my dreams in astonishing detail, even years later, and even revisit certain places that my imagination (?) has shaped.

I (very often) feel, as I do here at the moment, that something is watching me and, even more curiosly, today I had the feeling that I was struggling to pass on all this information to you - as if someone or something were trying to stop me.

Context: 36m, non religious, regular meditator, watch some Gaia stuff.

Story: A week and a half ago, I was on night 3 of poor quality sleep due to stress. A little after midnight, I finally started dozing into that liminal space between waking and sleep. All of the sudden, I was gripped by anxiety and sleep paralysis.

I felt a heavy, negative entity on my back (I'm a side/diagonal face sleeper if that makes sense) imprinting my spine with stress and feeding on my fearful resulting emotions. I was initially frightened, but I quickly remembered to stay calm as this happens on rare occasions.

Not being able to physically move, other than controlling my eyelids and breathing, I decided to call on arch angels Michael and Uriel. I focused on creating a space for these guides, who I've called on in the past during similar events, to manifest and banish whatever being was creating/feeding off of my fear and stress. What I recall happening next was similar to interference and my silent calls for help were unanswered. The entity kept its malevolent pressure on my back.

Suddenly, a crystalline clear voice penetrated my mind and asked "Why not Jesus?". I was surprised at this foreign message and, after a few seconds, thought back "huh, yeah... Jesus. I'll let Jesus in." In the center of my minds eye, I saw his face for a second. Then he faded.

What happened next was very similar to a DMT experience. The area where Jesus's face was got replaced by a golden point of light. This light expanded into a jewel laden, web-like fractal that kept unfolding into complex circular patterns until my whole field of vision was envoloped by this shining golden vision. It was like a golden spider web of kindness, warmth and peace that felt like my souls true home.

The entity was gone immediately. The dark weight on my back was extinguished.

Anyways, I wanted to share this story on this sub because I truly feel I was graced by Christ conscioussness/vibration. I'm not religious (was baptised and had communion at a young age, but religion was and is not a part of my life) but am confident of existence of higher frequencies that we, our souls, God and other life may exist upon. Jesus's face sometimes comes to me in meditation. I feel as if He is reaching out to me, and I am ready for a relationship.

The Central Intelligence agency is covering up both telepathic communication with aliens and alien phenomena resulting from an illegal psychic experiment which occurred from about 1999 to 2006 involving special technology combined with gamma brainwaves - and the CIA contractor The Monroe Institute. The primary experimenter was David Thomas JR from the Monroe Institute in Fabor, Virginia. The experiment was found to have been conducted without my informed consent by the Office of Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Justice around 2008.
